Removal went well. The rigger knew what he was doing and brought down the tree in a narrow, tight space with no damage. Was impressed with the work ethic and time spent working. Crew was smaller, so took 2 days to remove. That was totally within my expectations.
Description of Work: Large Tree removal in back yard and hanging over house.

The work was exceptional, they went above and beyond to get our tree down and hauled away.
Description of Work: We had a large tree uprooting and going to fall on neighbors house. They we're out and had it down within 60 minutes of calling them.

Mike was awesome. He took the time to explain the process and cost involved with the removal of these very tall trees that were dangerous to my new roof. As a new homebuyer of a older home we really appreciated all the time and explanations I would use arbor tech again for any tree services and I highly recommend them

in and out quickly and very professional. I have used them 3 times in past 2 years and refer everyoneone I know that needs tree work to them. they just cut down 7 trees for some friends and ground their stumps also. they cleaned up the mess and we're professional and my friends were very pleased with the work.

The crew is extremely courteous and friendly as well as very hardworking. The work was done quickly and the yard was left clean and tidy. The owners and office staff were wonderful to deal with and made sure our experience was to our satisfaction being willing to do whatever it took to make us happy. I have hired them twice and would do so again.

I feel like my Sweet Gum trees were butchered. The arborist, Mike Goodall, that looked at my trees was not on sight the day that it was done. I was really upset with the results. Too many lower barnches were cut off, I cannot reach the lowest branch to hang my baskets, and I have a 3' extention hook. The Blue Spruce were trimmed up to 3 feet off the ground . I had specified just clearing the flower bed by a foot /foot and1/2. Now I see clear thru to my neighbors fence acroos the street.
Description of Work: 2 Sweet Gums needed thining and limbs removed that were overhanging the house. Small Dogwood needed shaping. A very large Red Maple need thinning and over the house branches trimmed. 2 large Blue Spruce need trimming up from the bottom so they wern't laying on the ground, and a broken branch removed.

It was fantastic. Arbortech was the only company to undertake the job as others thought it was too dangerous, and they did it very well.
