+ -1 moreI keep getting robo calls. I would much prefer a real person call me but usually I can deal with them. Apria's are the worst. The robo tells me to press 9, but that does nothing. Eventually , since I don’t really know the answers to the questions, I wait until someone comes on the line. They always ask me why I am calling, but it's NOT me calling. They don’t even know why they are calling. Poorly trained and failed robo calling system.
Description of Work: Not sure. They called ME.

+ -1 moreDo not deal with these folks if you can help it. Doesn't appear a single one knows what they are doing. I specifically ordered a brand/model/size of headgear. They shipped the wrong size, which is useless to me. I immediatlely called to get the correct size, the person I spoke with assured me they would get me the correct size out asap. A week later and still no replacement equipment. I would NEVER rely on the folks who work at Apria to provide correct equipment when you really need something. Try to find another vendor who can provide your equipment.
Description of Work: Ordered replacement equipment for my CPAP.

+ -1 moreMY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WITH APRIA HEALTHCARE EQUIPMENT WAS OK, THEY TOOK WAY TOO LONG TO CALL ME BACK AND IT TOOK THEM A LONG TIME TO FINALLY SERVICE THE EQUIPMENT.
Description of Work: I HIRED APRIA HEALTHCARE TO COME TO MY APARTMENT AND HELP ME WITH A MACHINE I AM RENTING FROM THEM TO HELP ME BREATHE.
