Property Appraisal
The company offers one of the quickest turnaround times in the industry. They are thorough and accurate. They have always been quite responsive and on target with actual market values. Appraisal Express offers a level of professionalism that is not offered from other firms.

They were very thourough and professional. He did and initial appraisal very quickly. When it came to satisfying the lender, however, it became apparent that he is a perfectionist. Don't get me wrong, this is exactly what you want in an appraiser. He was truly trying to protect my best interests. It was just hard to get the lender and appraiser on the same page, because some of the structure had been built without permits.
