+ -1 moreExcellent. I needed the microwave repaired and was able to schedule the service within 2 days. the service was first rate. While repairing the microwave I inquired about refrigerator, and Segei took a quick look and immediately noted several issues why it was not cooling the way it should be. he ordered the parts and was back one week later, and repaired the refrigerator. Sergei is a true professional. Fast, easy, and competent.
