Description of Work: Not a professional at all. Many no-shows, tons of lame excuses for no-shows. The sellers of my house had a dishwasher issue spring up right after closing & said this guy was great. They had him look at the dishwasher and (allegedly) order the part. He strung me along for close to a month, always rude and condescending and nasty when he spoke to me. Every time he blew me off, and he blew me off many times, he had a long sob story. So in a best case scenario, this jerk shouldn't be working because he has too much family drama right now. In a worst case scenario, he is very dishonest. The one time he finally came to my house, which was on the fourth or fifth reschedule and something like 6 or 7 hours after the beginning of the window he said he'd arrive, he just screwed around for about 10 minutes and said the part was not needed after all, so everything was fine! Unsurprisingly, when I tried it, the dishwasher still generated error codes. he strung me along for a week, variously claiming that he had family issues or that my phone wasn't working. I am honestly not sure if he charged the sellers for this part he did not install or for his "time" (which would be very dishonest because he spent no time on this issue), but at this point I'm DONE with this guy. Interestingly, a competitor was able to get the part the same day and will install it at their next available appointment. I'd avoid this guy at all costs, I will never use this company again for any reason and I will continue to be honest about my experience with him if others ask or if there is an opportunity to review.
