Great experience with the Appliance Guys today. I was able to get an appointment quickly (in a couple of day). Brendan arrived on time (even a few minutes early after calling to be sure it was okay, listened carefully to my explanation of the issue, and diagnosed my problem and quickly fixed the issue I was having with the freezer. Even better, he was extremely pleasant the entire time and patiently explained everything he was doing and why... something you don't usually get from a repair person. Great experience! Reasonable price. Would highly recommend!

He arrived on time. Good communication. Identified parts needed and called when they were in a couple days later. Made appointment on a Saturday to repair and was right on time.

The technician helped us discover a much more serious problem - we have an external leak that soaked the subfloor and caused some mold growth. We sure wish it had been the dishwasher. The technician was friendly, respectful, and very helpful. He called before he came and was there right on time. The office staff person was also professional and relayed our requests to the technician without delay. I would call Appliance Guys again and recommend them to friends and family.

It went very well. The only concern we had was that it took longer than it seemed it should to order a replacement part. This caused us to be without our washing machine for almost two weeks. In an era where virtually anything can be shipped overnight, this delay seemed odd.

They were very punctual and courteous in what turned out to be a more complex problem than we originally thought. Except for bringing one wrong part (they didn't charge me for that visit), I was very happy with the result,.

Kevin was great! He arrived on time, was very friendly, and fixed my leaking fridge quickly. He even showed me how to fix it myself if it happens again. I'm very pleased with the service and wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future.

Serviceman was early and corrected the problem.

Appliance Guys were very helpful, even on the phone, and later came out and restored our washing machine to service.

Kevin was prompt, professional, kind and explained exactly what he was doing the entire time. Even brought parts with him!

We have called Appliance Guys three times. Rob came the first time, a year ago. Then recently Zephyr came out twice. Rob and Zephyr were both quite nice and very good at their job. They were thorough and explained what they were doing as they worked. The office staff, also, are pleasant and helpful. Overall I recommend Appliance Guys highly. We certainly will use them again if we have any more issues with our appliances.

Our much loved oven died 2 weeks before Thanksgiving. My family was convinced the oven was long gone. I contacted Appliance Guys immediately on a Friday night. They were able to schedule us in Monday afternoon. Spencer and Glen were kind and curteous by calling to let us know they could come early. they were able to assess, diagnose, and repair all within a half hour and put my family at ease. They did not leave until they had made sure the oven was fixed and working. Spencer and Glen knew what they were doing and saved our holidays this year.

Love this company. The scheduler was pleasant and easy to work with. Patrick, the Appliance guy, was punctual, professional and went above and beyond what was necessary. Not only did he fix the broken burner, he cleaned all of them. I would hire this company again in a minute.

Kevin came to our house and opened up and assessed our washing machine. He walked me through what was wrong and how much it would cost to fix. He noted that some parts of the frame had rusted out and could not be fixed. It became clear that it made more sense to get a new machine than to spend money to try to fix this old machine.

Great . Sean was very good about explaining things but not the least bit condescending. He, also, gave me tips on leak detectors. =)

What a great experience! Kevin arrived on time. He promptly diagnosed the problem (thankfully an inexpensive repair), had the parts in his truck, and was done within 30 minutes. We will call Appliance Guys in the future.

Kevin was my "Appliance Guys" Technician. The washing machine started leaking water during washing cycle. He was here at the house ten minutes early and went straight to work. Checked out everything and found a Tub-to-Pump split hose. No problem. Called into his office and there was a part in stock. Left the house to get the part and was back to finish the job. Checked out the rest of the machine, hoses, drain pump, tub, bearings, mechanical connection, electrical circuits, etc. Everything in perfect working order. A Maytag washer over ten years old. A++ technician, A++ company for A++ work.

The office staff did a great job of identifying the exact parts I needed, then locating & ordering them. The person I talked to was very friendly and knowledgeable. She kept me informed of their progress and sent me an email and a phone call reminder of the appointment. The technician, Glen, arrived right on time and also did a great job. He was very professional and efficient, but also friendly and informative. We have used Appliance Guys before and we would use them again. We highly recommend them.

Kevin, from Appliance Guys came up to assess our 10-year-old gas range/oven that had two problems. One with the clicking igniter on the range top and the other a slow heating oven. He found out there is a gas safety valve in the oven that is malfunctioning and the part is no longer available. Based on his funding, we need to get a new appliance. That said, the service call was an excellent investment and Kevin was extremely knowledgeable and experienced. Will definitely hire them again

Kevin called 10 mins before arriving. Was punctual and began work right away. He quickly identified the problem, had the part on hand and let me know the anticipated cost to repair. Kevin was spot on! He successfully tested the repair and retested with me watching, explaining what the issue was and what he did to fix it. Kevin was quick, thorough and very professional. The cost was very reasonable--better than a quote by phone I had received from another (non-Angie's) service provider. I'm very satisfied with Kevin and Appliance Guys, and highly recommend them!

The technician arrived on time, asked all the right questions, called other technicians for their experience, explained all he was doing, took great care not to damage the floor when pulling out the refrigerator, provided detailed information regarding possible costs for repair versus purchasing a new refrigerator.

Kevin was great. He didn’t try to sell me a “repair”. He actually saved me money with his honesty. I will definitely use again and recommend to others

They had to come out a second time to repair the same problem, but took extra steps to keep the wire from breaking again.

He took one look and fixed it in 5 minutes.

I was able to get an appointment within a few days. The tech figured out the problem pretty quickly and ordered the part. They returned and installed the party pretty quickly, so I saved a little on labor.

The tech arrived very fast, quickly diagnosed the problem, and repaired it using parts he had in his truck. We were concerned that the problem was much worse, so it feels like this visit saved us a lot of time and money.
