The technician who came to look at my oven was very friendly and helpful. It turned out the problem was with the electrical outlet the oven is plugged into. He offered to waive the service call fee once the outlet is fixed, and charge only his hourly rate to fix the oven if it still isn't working.

Repair completed as promised, within 30min work period and for price quoted. Front office operations for scheduling & billing very professional & friendly. Provided detailed explanation of costs & terms of service both verbally and in follow-up email.

Well. My only option to improve matters would be to buy two new units, which I really don't need. I'll just run the dryer longer. Everything is working fine; it just takes a little longer.

Exceedlingly well. Appliance Guys were able to order the part, called me when it came in, and scheduled the repair a few days later. Kevin, the repairman who came, had the door fixed in short order. He wore a mask which I appreciated and clearly knew what he was doing. He called my about 15 minutes before arriving which I also appreciated. Kevin kept me informed every step of the way. I would definitely hire Appliance Guys again should the need arise.

Ultimately it did require a few visits to the house, but that was because the repairman wanted to be completely sure that the repair was completely water tight and without leaks.

Excellent service, our refrigerator needed a new thermostat, the washer needed a new water valve, and the dryer just needed the vent hose to be shortened.

Job went well, they had to disconnect and remove the stacked dryer to fix the washing machine. They were efficient and very nice.

Patrick came out and retrofitted a new ice maker in my Kitchen Aid Refrigerator/Freezer and it works amazingly well. He was able to complete the project quickly and wore protective gear into the home in accordance with the CDC recommendations, during this time of the COVID19 pandemic. Very professional and knowledgable.

I contacted Appliance Guys after discovering a large pool of water on my laundry room basement floor after using my washing machine. Despite the COVID-19 lockdown, the business was open and Cathryn, the courteous representative, scheduled a visit within three days. Kevin, the repairman, came on time, was courteous and professional, and got to work immediately. After checking the machine out he informed me the fault lay with the drain outlet. While here, he also checked the dryer and removed a small amount of lint. Otherwise, he said both machines were in good working order. The total cost for the visit was $117.

He was in and out in 15 minutes, disposal works great!

Simply outstanding. I had a refrigerator that worked intermittently. Called Appliance Guys in the morning, they were at my house in the afternoon. Super friendly people. The person who scheduled the repair, and the repair person did a fantastic job - very friendly and very professional. They included a warranty on the repair (60 days), and 1 year on the part. We will definitely use them again.

Brandon is a very well informed wonderful technician. He is willing to explain every part of his diagnosis to me in detail and provides his best recommendations and secondary recommendations. Very professional. Very honest. Would easily hire again.

Kevin was terrific! He arrived on time, was very friendly and courteous, and quickly diagnosed the problem with a non-working burner. The stove is so old that replacement parts are no longer available, but Kevin found a newer part that he adapted to the old stove. Now it's working fine! I will definitely call Appliance Guys again, next time I have a problem. Thanks.

Excellent experience. My washing machine was not repairable, but Patrick gave a full explanation and recommendation. Saved me a ton of time on research. He also diagnosed a dryer problem, checked for parts, and set me up with another appt. for repairing that, which he came back and did a such a reasonable price. Also the first contact and subsequent contacts with receptionists for scheduling were pleasant and efficient.

The repair person called when they were on the way. (Which was right in the window of time that the appointment was set for). He was very polite and went right into looking into the issue of our washer. After 15 minutes he explained in detail what the problem was. It would have cost double the amount of what it cost to buy the washer to fix. He was very apologetic about how much that it was going to cost that much even though It was not his fault that it broke. It was very refreshing to get a very honest answer to what the issue was. I will definitely hire them again!!

I was beyond impressed with my experience with the Appliance Guys from start to finish, but specifically impressed with my technician Rob. He arrived right on time after giving me a courtesy call to let me know he was on his way. He took a listen to the new screeching sound my Samsung dryer was making and immediately recognized it was one of three things. Rob is clearly quite knowledgable as he had the machine taken apart and identified the culprit within minutes. He carried a replacement part on his truck and was able to install the new one right away. He also took the time to oil the other rollers to keep them running smoothly. He explained the whole thing to me, and even took the time to test the heating and air flow of the dryer to make sure nothing else was failing. He had the dryer reassembled and working good as new before I knew it. And all of this for such a reasonable price! I cannot say enough positive things about Rob and his expertise. Also, the reception and scheduling people are awesome to work with! Very friendly and helpful. I will use Appliance Guys for all of my future appliance needs!
