Description of Work: We received prompt service, and they were able to fix the problem that day, which was great! We also asked them for an esimate to replace a toilet, they took all of the info while there for the repair (he was on the clock while he looked at the project), and said he would call back that day with the estimate, but he never did. I called a week later to ask for the estimate, and was told she would get it for me. After another week I called again & left the message with the manager, but still never heard back.

Description of Work: Repaired dishwasher, removed old gas stove and microwave, installed new stove and microwave with vent. |Called before both visits to make sure it was ok to come a little early. Everything works great.

Description of Work: I had an emergency come up at 10PM the night before I was leaving on vacation. I called in a panic as I had to leave for airport by 10 AM and was afraid my washing machine would flood my condo if not emptied. They were wonderful and arrived at my place by 8 in the morning - and were able to fix it in 10 minutes. They were extremely professional and very sensitive to my obvious panic state. In addition, they charged a very reasonable fee for services rendered. I'll be using them again with no hesitation.

Description of Work: Kevin came, on time, and checked my 30-year-old washer. It was rusted and not worth fixing. His company does not sell appliances, so that their customers don't need to worry about a conflict of interest. He also looked at my dryer, which has been requiring more than one cycle to dry the clothes. He commented on brands and appliance dealers that he likes and doesn't like. I appreciate his candid comments.
