Description of Work: Contacted this company based on Angie's List ratings to repair a washer with a tricky leaking issue. It was difficult to determine where the leak was originating but the technician pulled everything apart discovered where he thought it may be coming from and instructed me to call them if the issue reoccurred and they would be right out. It did and I contacted the company and the same technician came out saw where the problem was and fixed it. Several laundry loads later the leak appears to be fixed. I would certainly use this company again for any future repairs.

Description of Work: My dishwasher is 10 years old and still washes the dishes just fine. However, I became concerned because occasionally I would have a little water in the bottom of my dishwasher. If I ran the rinse cycle, the water would drain out. After carefully checking all connections, which were fine, I was told that sometimes using the same setting "quick wash button" it is a good idea to use another setting "regular cycle" once in a while. He also showed me that if I hit the cancel button it drains the dishwasher in 2 minutes. Most importantly, he explained that my dishwasher is a very good one and that Appliance Guys would be able to repair anything that could go wrong with it, for far less than it would cost me to replace it. Haven't had any further problems with water in the bottom of the dishwasher and certainly have piece of mind knowing that they are my appliance repair people.

Scheduling was really easy. The two hour window made it easy to find a time that worked around my work schedule.
