Never heard from them so I wouldn't know.

They came to our home when agreed, installed the new windshield correctly in a reasonable amount of time and without leaving a mess. They also helped us navigate the insurance situation. Very good. With the insurance, we had a $100 deductible. So I don't know how much we saved. However, when Angie's List offered to contact a short selection of possible A-rated auto glass installers (this company was one of them) for us, we accepted. This company did not get back to us at all. In fact, only one company did -- but they only serviced Toyotas. We don't have a Toyota. We had to contact these folks ourselves. So ... maybe they have so much business they can afford to ignore such contacts. Who knows?

Scheduled mobile service to replace windshield at home. Scott worked quickly and had front windshield of my Honda Fit replaced in about an hour or so. Gave instructions about letting car sit for 2 hours, no car wash for 5 days. Windshield looks exactly like original. No problems with leaks or wind noise in past 4 months.

I was able to get an appointment same day for service at their location. I declined to use our insurance company's referrals, and chose Apple Auto Glass based on numerous favorable customer reviews and Super Service status on Angie's list. Nate contacted Allstate with a claim number I had received to get the work authorized, and I confirmed the request on that call. Repair was completed successfully in about 20 minutes. Couldn't have been easier!

Scheduled the service. They were able to schedule me just a few days out. Brought the car in and waited in lobby. They have a couple really comfy couches. In about an hour my car was done and the windshield looked great!

Requested a quote through the Angie's list application - along with a request to a competitor. I had a quote from Nate inside a couple of hours, versus the competitor, from whom I have yet to hear. I did double check on pricing via a non AL source and found Apple's price to be very competitive. We exchanged emails and eventually set a time. Nate was very clear on what to expect for turnaround from drop off to drive off, which encouraged me to go back to work while they were completing the activities. Pick up consisted of similarly clear and straightforward instructions. Windshield is doing great. I'm happy.

Quality product at an awesome price. The work was done pretty quick after inquiry and at an awesome price. Then even came to my home to replace my glass onsite. A+

Had to wait because I live in Vancouver and it is located on Portland. The first windshield they took out broke so they had to locate another windshield. It was a long wait, but they got it done and did a great job.

Apple Auto Glass was terrific. They responded quickly, gave us an immediate cost estimate, were well-priced (we had checked with 3 other glass replacement companies), did the work in less time than they had quoted, did a very good job, and were polite and friendly. We would definitely use them again!

Great! They are not a preferred shop for Farmer's Insurance, but they knew who to call and what to tell them. They offered to provide me the information or do it themselves. I took them up on their offer to do it for me and they called and answered a bunch of questions then handed me the phone to only answer one or two remaining questions. They made it easy for me and they were cheerful, anxious to help, and listening to the employees talk to each other while I was waiting for a few minutes it seemed like a fun, happy place to work and be around. They didn't already have this unicorn piece of glass in stock but found one and got it in and installed the following day. They also didn't leave out a supporting piece of plastic that some other repair shops do.

I called Apple Auto glass and made an appointment for the following Thursday morning, and was informed of what to expect. Went in and as expected they recommended replacement - and were nice enough to let me watch the work and get up close to see all the spots with the missing/damaged seal. We also checked the area under the windshield grill = all clean. They were clear with care instructions, etc. Proof in the pudding = rainstorm 2 days later and van interior stayed nice and dry!

The work was done promptly at a good price. Service was friendly and helpful.

Brad arrived in the morning on time and had window replaced within a couple of hours. Rain tested - no leaks.

They were able to get me in sooner than 3 other places. With the size of the chip I was worried it would not be fixable. I was in and out within 15 minutes

The whole thing went smoothly. I work night shift and wasn't able to pick my car up the same day due to the sleep schedule and their hours so they kept it in the shop overnight for me which was great!

I found them on Angie’s List. They had a lot of really good reviews and they’ve been in business for like nearly 20 years. I was very happy with them. They were really busy, everybody wanted a new windshield this week. They returned my call. The lady I spoke with was very professional. The staff when I went in to get the work done was very professional, they were good, they were quick. It was a good price. I’m comfortable with the work. I didn’t have any kind of feeling that they were trying to pull a fast one on me because I’m a girl. I can recommend them. Quality rating – I don’t know because I’ve only had the car back for a couple of hours. I figure if the windshield that’s in there doesn’t flop out on the way home, I really couldn’t response to that. Responsiveness – That was very good.

I think they were pretty good. I think it was a pretty serious chip. Overall they were fine. They were very helpful. I just took it in and they did it right away. On cost I didn’t pay anything because the insurance paid for it.

He came to the house to replace my windshield, was 10 minutes early and did the job in less than 45 minutes, and after a month no issues whatsoever.

We had a 7-8 inch hairline crack in our front windshield of our Toyota Camry. Apple Glass replaced the windshield. They were efficient and professional.

Easy to schedule through my car insurance, got an appointment quickly, dropped it off at 8AM and they were already calling me before 10AM that it was finished!

All in all it went well--window was repaired in a timely fashion for a reasonable price. Problems included they did not clean up the glass as thoroughly as I would have liked and they did not clean the tape off that I used to hold a temporary cover over the hole.

Good, only problem is they did not give me agreed upon one hour advance notice of when to pick up car I had to call them.
