Excellent service all around! I have used other companies and Antworks have delivered the best result so far! Stephan was great at all the information he gave during and after treatment at my office. Couldn't he happier.

I'd been fighting sugar ants (the tiny ones) for a couple years and couldn't get rid of them long term. Antworks came out and walked with me around the house inside and out to show him where they were coming in and congregating. The young man (sorry, don't have his name, but he was awesome!) explained everything he'd be doing. I work from home and had to get on a call. When he came inside, he removed his shoes and TIPTOED around the house doing his thing while I was on my call! When he was done he walked me through the warranty (4 mths), gave me a calendar with the date circled when the warranty expired and said they'd come back out as many times as necessary in that period to get rid of them. He asked that I wait 3 wks for his work to take effect before calling. I waited and it was a little over 3 weeks before I stopped seeing ants. He suggested using a jell bait if I wanted to put out traps before the 3 weeks was up. I did this and it did stop their major trail efforts. It was probably closer to 4 weeks when I stopped seeing them altogether! It's now been 2 months since Antworks was out and I've got zero ants! I'm really afraid I'll have to do this again next year. If I do, I'll definitely use Antworks. Very thorough and professional.

They did a good job. I have never had an ant problem since. I would use them and recommend their service.

Antworks came out and did a thorough inspection and found no evidence of bed bugs, thankfully! They were prompt, clean, courteous, and gave me peace of mind.

Antworks was great! I called Antworks and got an instant quote over the phone, then setup an appointment. I received an email confirmation after I setup the appointment and a reminder email the day before the service. Mitch showed up at our house and was extremely professional and very knowledgeable about treating carpenter ants. He told me exactly what he was planning to do before he did the work. About 45 minutes later, he completed his work and explained some minor things I could do to prevent ants in the future. I was very impressed with Antworks and will continue to use them in the future.

Mitch was professional, personable and seemed to really know what he was doing. He thoroughly explained what he was doing and gave me different options to chose from. We had used Antworks 2 years ago to get rid of a pretty significant ant problem in our house and we just now saw some sugar ants in our kitchen again. Mitch offered different levels of service and I opted to get a full treatment again this time and I feel confident I won't be seeing ants again inside of our home for several years.

It's about $120 or something like that. They have the training that they require to use the chemical that they use.

We came home from a month out of the country to find our home infested with sugar ants. I had used this company before, 2 years ago, and their treatment was very successful. The people at Antworks are very professional and thorough in their explanation and application and I feel very comfortable referring their superior service to others.

This is a great company…eco-friendly and very efficient. Mitch is very knowledgeable and gave us a thorough explanation of what needed to be done and what to expect.. He was polite (even took his shoes off in the house). The price was fair and he didn't require a monthly fee. He covered the problem inside and outside. We are glad we were able to find a family-owned business and are very satisfied with their service.

We just purchased a new house a couple months and have noticed a sugar ant problem. I spoke on the phone with Christina a few weeks ago when I first noticed the issue. She was very nice and thorough with her explanation with regard to what their company does and what is going on with the ants in my home. I tried some over the counter remedies first and they just didnt cut it. I called her two days ago when the last straw was seeing an ant on my headboard. She made time to come out this week and sprayed al necessary areas. As it has only been a couple hours since she left, I cannot speak to the ants demise yet but I am confident that she knows what she is doing. I would definitely recommend Antworks as they are professional, friendly and knowledgeable regarding their trade. I wanted to provide a quick update, Antworks really went above and beyond for us. They have a 4 month maintenace period, and let me tell you we made use of that. We have major issues for quite a few months. I could tell that they genuinely cared about helping us solve our problem. They were extremely thorough and due to issues with our house (outside of their control,) it did take a few trips to really get rid of the ant infestation. They were wonderful to work with, I highly recommend them.

I called and had response same day. I was informed what to expect and how they would take care of situation. They set up a day and time to come out and we're very punctual. Within two weeks ants were gone. Try said if any problem they would return and do another treatment. Well the little pests have returned after two months, not in force like they were originally, and as promised they are returning this week for a follow up. I highly recommend their service because they inform you of there procedure and what to expect. Not only that but they are friendly and very knowledgeable about ants. If you have an ant problem artworks should be your first call.

I had been referred to Antworks by a friend who said that she and her husband were very pleased with the job they did. Mitch arrived at our house at the exact time he said he would be here and was very friendly and professional. He sprayed the entire outside perimeter of the house and inside the walls of the kitchen and bathroom within record time- very fast and efficient. I was very pleased with the work Mitch did. Such a nice guy and from what I hear from my friends who had their treatment a while ago- we won't be seeing anymore sugar ants. I would absolutely recommend Antworks to anyone.

They were very responsive, when I called, they called back within 24 hours, and got an appointment set up in a timely manner. They were on time, and got right to work with the treatment, they were very business like and professional. I chose them because they are one of the few companies that offere warranties on their treatments.

I have used Antworks on and off for the past 5 years. This time I chose to go on the maintenance program. I have a phobia when it comes to Ants. When I call Antworks, sometimes I will get a voice mail. They always call back within the same business day, mostly within the hour of my message. I called on a Friday before a holiday weekend and Mitch was here on time the following Tuesday, on time and professional. I would highly recommend Mitch and Antworks to anyone. I was very comfortable with Mitch coming into my home while alone. He spoke with me about my ant issue, explained what he was going to do and asked if i had any questions, which he answered. He proceeded to spray around my home, inside and out, paying special attention to the area where I had seen them. They are trustworthy and do an excellent job. My sister and neighbor use Antworks as well. I would not call anyone else. I have never had a bad experience with them. If you choose Antworks as your pest control, you will not be disappointed.

Antworks has done an outstanding job! I had a severe ant infestation about a year ago - Christina and Mitch came to my house repeatedly until the ant situation was resolved. They never gave up on me and because I was on the maintenance program I did not have to pay for the continued treatments. They have always been on time, extremely professional and thorough. I will continue to utilize Antworks and I have recommended this company to family and friends.

We've used this service provider for approximately two years under their maintenance plan. Until this summer, I would rate them as above average. This spring we had a service completed and an invoice was left on our door. We made payment and received a call from the service provider in late May inquiring the payment. We provided the check number and date the check was cashed and the gentlemen on the phone found the payment. I assumed everyone was happy. Two weeks ago we called and left a voicemail, as we have ants again. I received a voicemail back that their summer maintenance plan was completed and we'd need to have a new 'initial' service completed. Apparently we aren't on the maintenance schedule anymore. In addition, the voicemail said the 'home office needs a credit card on file' for us. We called a new service provider and they were onsite the same day.

They started and completed the job as agreed.

Very nice company but in the end we ended up getting better results with another company.

Courteous, knowledgeable and professional, and successfully eliminated significant ant problem in house I had been unable to resolve in two years. Required two visits, handled professionally and covered by initial cost. Suggestions were also made to help prevent the problem from reoccurring, such as to ensure that the bamboo does not touch the outside of the house.

He was here about an hour - answered all my questions, gave me a good overview of the process and set my expectations.

They are honest. They tell me exactly what they're going to do. They use products that are safe for my dogs.

I can't remember for sure how much I spent on their services. Approximately it would have been $250. I just tried them two months ago for the first time. The experience with them was okay. I guess I would recommend them to my family members and friends. I haven't met them personally. They still have more to get back. They had to come back within another week of the first application. They are expensive and I wasn't there personally when they came out. I think I would use them again in the future.

The whole procedure was quick, effective and inexpensive.
