 + -1 morePainted House--Great Job except he painted over the screens that gave ventilation to the attic which failed home inspection for lack of airflow, otherwise made our house look nice Looked at our chimney and stated it did not need repair when it ended up needing $2700 worth of work Repaired Carport Boards that were falling down--months later one started bowing and failed inspection Installed Flower boxes--Looks great Tightened leaking plumbing--started leaking again and failed inspection Supposed to hide water damage near toilet bowl where ring had lost its seal, did not succeed at repairing the damage so it failed inspection, Failed to see that the tub was leaking in the area he was correcting Painted windowsills to cover water damage--passed inspection
