Description of Work: Ms Moos has worked with us to sell our home in Tigard, Oregon and assist us in the purchase a home in Columbia County, Oregon. Before we listed our home in Tigard, Ms Moos met with us to review the market for the home and gave us helpful ideas for ways to increase the home s curb appeal. Once the home was listed, Ms Moos worked very hard to make sure it received potential buyer traffic. She held many open houses and posted the listing on several websites. The sale of our home ended up having some complicating factors from the buyer side that Ms Moos handled professionally and competently. We were very pleased with how she stayed on top of the situation. The home we purchased also brought with it complications. The seller was given a time line for removal of his personal property that he did not meet. Ms Moos worked with the listing agent to make sure the property was vacated within an acceptable time.
