gutter cleaning, window cleaning
+ 0 moreAndy cleaned windows and gutters for us for a number of years. We were very happy with his work, and referred him to others which resulted in a lot of business for him. There were instances of not returning calls, cancellations, etc. which we chose to overlook because he did a good job when he came. Last November (2005) he just did not show up or return calls for a long standing appointment. We do not know what has happened, but consider him undependable if he is still working.
Description of Work: Windows of home inside and out.

+ -1 moreANDY'S SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT. THIS WAS A VERY BIG JOB. THE SERVICE WAS PROMPT, WELL DONE AND ANDY STUCK TO HIS BID, EVEN THOUGH IT TOOK LONGER THAN HE HAD CALCULATED.
Description of Work: ALL WINDOWS (48), SCREENS AND SKYLIGHTS WERE CLEANED. THE DRIVEWAY, PATIOS, SIDEWALKS AND DECKS WERE PRESSURED WASHED AND THE DECKS WERE SEALED.
