Andersen Housecleaning & Yardwork

This is a small family business. Brook does an amazing job cleaning, organizing & doing yard work. She is scrupulously honest and kind. She is also funny & high energy. [Sometimes her oldest son will assist when he is not in class (for engineering.) It costs about the same, since it goes twice as fast.] They are a really nice family. Either just Brook (or Brook & son) have come to help me with housecleaning and yard work every couple weeks for over a year now. She charges by time, $15 per hour per person. If it is just her then it is $15 per hour, if it is her and one son it is $30 per hour. (She prefers to use her own cleaning supplies, but I think the price per hour is a little different if she uses your cleaning supplies.) She has been cleaning for a couple decades, and really knows her stuff. For example, I had a coffee maker explode all over the walls & ceiling of my kitchen. I had tried a few things over the week before her next visit to remove the faint brown stain of the spatter. Brook had encountered something previously, had the necessary product, and had the walls & ceiling looking great in minutes. Brook?s other son will sometimes help too if there is a big job that involves yard work. They did a really nice job cleaning up my back and front yards this last fall. We live 97206 zip code but I think they will do all of greater Portland area.
