 + -1 moreI HAD AMERICAN HOME SECURITY COME AND INSTALL A SECURITY SYSTEM IN MY HOME. ABOUT THREE WEEKS AFTER THE INSTALL I HAD MY ALARM GO OFF. THE POLICE CAME AND EVERYTHING WAS SECURE. THE SENSOR FELL OFF THE DOOR. I FOUND OUT THE ZONES WERE SET UP INCORRECT. IT HAS BEEN A MONTH I HAVE CALLED FOUR TIMES TO GET A TECHNICIAN OUT TO REPAIR THE FAULTY EQUIPMENT AND TO REIMBURSED FOR THE CHARGES BY THE POLICE DEPARTMENT - IT HAS BEEN OVER A MONTH AND STILL NO ONE HAS CALLED OR COME OUT - EVERYTIME I CALL THEY SAY THEY WILL CALL BACK AND DON'T.
Description of Work: I HAD AN AUTHORIZED ADT DEALER COME TO MY HOUSE AND EVALUATE THE HOME FOR A SECURITY SYSTEM. THEY THEN CAME OUT AND INSTALLED A ADT SECURITY SERVICE MONITOR AND SENSORS
