They came out the day after I called them. They were on time and replaced the glass really fast, it took about 1 hour. Very friendly and professional.

I was impressed with the fast response. I will continue to use them anytime I need glass repair because of their professional and quick to fix approach problems solving. If you need work done, look no further.

My daughter's bedroom window was cracked and falling out. Our's is an old 1920's house with the original double hung sash. Many contractors said it couldn't be fixed without replacing the whole window. Others said they couldn't fix the window from outside (second story) because they didn't have the insurance for it. I called 11 places!. Handymen didn't want to do it because they would have to wait around for the correct sized window from the window guy. I probably should have called the glass company first but didn't know any better. They did a great job, were punctual, not too pricey (although the handy man could have done it for less). They sliced the front of the wooden part of the window and replaced the window from inside without replacing the frame. Left the reattachment so tidy I don't really have to touch up the paint although I would if I was selling the place. The guy who did it was very nice, very polite. I would use them again in a second. It took 2 days not 2 wks for appt.

They responded promptly to a request for pricing and performed the work quickly.

Horrible experience. I will never work with this company. When I questioned the charges one of the employees got very angry and cursed at me. It freaked me out and I didn't push it, I just left. The whole experience really shook me up.

I called on a Thursday and they were able to come out the following Tuesday. They arrived on time and completed the job in 45 minutes. Very friendly.

I appreciated the phone call cancelling our appointment. Some workers had called in sick, which happens, but at least that left me free to come and go the rest of the day.

The technician was over two hours late and did not call. He did not introduce himself and was not particularly friendly until he was about to leave, at which time he did warm up. He said the company would send me a bid, however the company called me the next week to say they would not be able to do the job, because they were not familiar with the door manufacturer and given the condition of the door, they could not do a satisfactory job. I appreciated their candor. I asked them about other options and it appears we'll have to replace the entire door. They suggested I look through the yellow pages to find showrooms and when I pick out a door, I could call them, and they would get it and install it for me. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone was very pleasant and helpful (Vern?), but the technician was not customer service oriented at all.

Arrived within 15 minutes of scheduled time, was courteous, went right to work, and completed the job satisfactorily in 45 minutes.

Shane provided an estimate over the phone the day after my initial inquiry and performed the glass replacement immediately. Less than 24 hrs after my call the glass was replaced and looks great--other places called said it would be 2 weeks before they could provide a quote! Very fast, professional, and reasonably priced service. Would definitely use again and recommend.

CRAFTSMAN WAS ON TIME AND EXPLAINED THE PROCESS. DID A GOOD JOB IN A TIMELY MANNER AND CLEANED UP HIS WORKSPACE.
