I dropped by the store on Beaverton-Hillsdale Hwy., to have a Dell laptop computer diagnosed, as it was not working. I picked the machine up one week later and found an incomplete diagnosis. The technician gave me a hand written in-house work order and told me that he had no idea what was wrong with my machine. He stated he had tested the power supply and found it to be non working. I tested the power supply with my own digital multi-meter and found it made the full 20 volts as marked on the unit. I contacted the owner, Roark Roberts to complain. I told him that I had taken the machine to another shop and gave him the full description of their diagnosis. He offered a full refund. Two days later a letter arrived with a company invoice attached with the full diagnosis, strangely enough it was the exact same diagnosis I had relayed to him over the phone, and no refund was included. This store did not perform the work I paid for and I want a refund.
