+ -1 moreSuper!! Allison and her team were easy to work with from the get go. We met to check the house out, came up with a color pallete from "Color Seasons" paint line (low voc high-quality paints from Benjamin Moore, and then she went shopping to to get accessories to pull the whole downstairs together. When she was done, our once boring builder's beige first floor was colorful, functional, and BEAUTIFUL!! We absolutely love what she did. Without spending an arm and a leg, everything pops and flows so much better, but still feels like us! I totally recommend Allison and her team, as well as her paint line. What great paints AND colors!
Description of Work: Allison and her team re-vamped our entire first floor using her "Decorate With What You Own" strategies (we did not have a big budget to work with, existing furniture stayed). She also helped pick a pallet of colors for the entire home.

+ 1 moreIt went smoothly from start to finish. Ramona was accommodating, punctual, responsive, pleasant, and picked right up on our preferences. We had a time frame within which to complete the project because we were preparing for a large gathering at our home. Ramona, with Allison's help, made it all happen on schedule. Both Ramona and Allison were a joy to work with.
Description of Work: When my husband and I moved from a small old bungalow to a large new home, we had no idea how to make our furniture and art work in the new home, and we had lots of space that needed filling. We hired Allison Smith Design to decorate our home using the items we already owned, and to help us purchase items we needed to fill in. Designer Ramona Ramos consulted with us, coordinated subcontractors for painting and window coverings, helped us choose art, furniture, and lighting upgrades, and purchased accessories. When all the pieces arrived, she and Allison Smith decorated our home using both our existing and the newly purchased items.

+ -1 moreI WAS PLEASED WITH ALLISON'S EXPERIENCE AND QUALITY OF WORK. HOWEVER, WE WORKED WITH ONE OF HER EMPLOYEES EARLY ON AND FELT WE WERE NOT GIVEN ACCURATE INFORMATION ON DISCOUNTS THAT WERE AVAILABLE TO THE DESIGNERS. I FELT THE EMPLOYEE WAS NOT EXPERIENCED AND RUSHED THROUGH SOME OF THE FURNITURE SELECTION. NOT SURE IF I WOULD WORK WITH THEM AGAIN. IF WE DID IT WOULD BE DIRECTLY WITH ALLISON SMITH.
Description of Work: ALLISON SMITH DESIGN CONSULTED ON FURNITURE PLACEMENT AND REDESIGN FOR OUR HOUSE. THEY ALSO ASSISTED WITH FURNITURE SHOPPING TO SELECT LIVING ROOM ITEMS.
