Jared arrived early and was an amazing technician who knew what to do and how to fix the leak. This was a very positive experience and I would highly recommend Jared and All Tech Appliance repair.

All Tech sent someone to our home within three hours of contact. The technician was very kind, explained in detail what had happened and what we should do to prevent problems in the future, and he fixed the issue incredibly fast. We're so pleased with the quality and professionalism; we'd definitely recommend All Tech to anyone needing appliance repair!

When I called to schedule they got back to me very quickly. They were very knowledgeable, walked me through getting the information they needed to prepare for the assessment/repair and let me know the name of the repairman coming out to the house. Jared was great! He came out within a couple of days of my call, and quickly figured out what could be fixed and what had to be replaced. He had to order parts, and was back in two days to fix what could be fixed. He explained everything clearly, worked quickly and was polite and professional. I couldn't have asked for better service.

I submitted an appointment request on a Sunday evening and received an email Monday morning saying that they could have a tech out that afternoon! As soon as Ravi opened the freezer he knew what was wrong. He had the necessary part in his truck and was replace the defrost thermostat quickly, efficiently, and cost effectively. The whole experience was an A+ and I would definitely hire them again.

Washer repaired on second visit at no additional visit charge. Pump part had already been ordered prior to first visit based on conversation with receptionist! Also diagnosed needed refrigerator repair of first visit. Small business, but excellent service! Used them several times over past 10 years.

The technician correctly diagnosed the problem as a torn gasket. He ordered the new part, and replaced it as soon as the part waas received. Unfortunately, he had to return to re-install it, as it still leaked. Once he re-installed the gasket, the problem was solved, and has not returned.

The appliance works just as it did before the breakdown. Ravi educated us about the operating issues, things to be wary of and instructions on how to keep the dishwasher running properly. All Tech's customer service is always friendly and top-notch.

We have a very old Thermador Stove Range. Found All Tech on Angie's list. They were very helpful answering questions on the phone and we set a time for someone to come out. Technician called me ahead to let me know he was on his way. They were able to fix the stove on the spot. I would highly recommend and will use them in the future.

I had hired All Tech appliance a year ago and Jared was really great then. But I didn't write a review. I remembered what a great job he did. This second time he was just as wonderful. He is so knowledgable about all aspects of the appliances he works with. He even suggested store bought items I should purchase to help maintain my appliances. He is friendly, on time and knowledgable. A really great person to hire when you need an appliance fixed.

Wonderful technician, Identified issue was not with my fridge, but the line between the fridge and the Ice maker. We were concerned about the Christmas Holiday approaching, and they fit us in before the holiday.

Alas, the technician who came couldn't recreate the problem (nor could I). But, while he was here he was super helpful and informed and told me everything he could about all of our appliances so that I could get something out of the service call. The operator who scheduled the call also gave some helpful advice and an Angie's List discount.

Jared called ahead and arrived on time. Because the "clean" light was flashing, he knew what to do and re-programmed the panel to start. While it was going through the cycle, he gave me maintenance tips on some of my other appliances. The cycle was successful and he showed me how to re-start it if it stops again. Jared was knowledgeable and personable. I would definitely use All-Tech again and will recommend it to my family and friends.

She spent a long time on the phone. I asked her what kind of washer she would buy, she told us exactly what to buy. I learned more about washing machines than I ever have. She was wonderful. She saved us a lot of money. We bought a Speed Queen, top loader. Very simple machine and all that we need. We will use her in the future for any appliance repair. Nice to talk to an honest and knowledgeable person.

Ravi came on time, and quickly diagnosed the problem. He had to order a gasket, but made arrangements to return and repair the unit as soon as it was received. He did so, actually arriving a few minutes earlier than projected, and repaired the unit quickly. He showed me the problem with the old gasket, a small tear. There has been no problem with the dishwasher since the repair.

Perfectly, he had to order a kit so that took a couple days, but he fixed it like a champ, he was a really young kid too so I had my doubts but he was obviously experienced and trained well.

All Tech suggested over the phone that we check the filter on the dishwasher. There was some gunk in there - apparently enough to raise the water level enough to leak. I cleaned the filter and ran a load of dishes and saw no leakage. So even though we did not need a service call after all I was quite impressed with All Tech's web pages, their prompt return of my call, and their pleasant and polite manners. I will absolutely call them again when I need service.

Okay. It took more than one visit to discover the problem and I was ultimately charged for a part I didn't need because the tech diagnosed the problem after installing the part. In the end I have my answer so I'm satisfied.

Technician (Ravi) fixed our microwave (something some other services were unwilling to do) very competently. Found a chip that had broken that was causing the problem. He counselled us about how to use the microwave to avoid the having the damage recur. For the fridge ice maker he explained why is wasn't working, that the design was flawed and discontinued. He explained how he could repair it but possibly not with a fix that would last (due to the design flaw). He suggested we let it completely defrost and then restart it - we did this and it now works again. He was congenial and professional and worked very efficiently.

I couldn't be happier. Even though I opted not to have the repair done due to the cost, I felt Jared was honest and upfront about the problem with the machine. As promised he called about 10 minutes prior to his arrival and arrived during the projected time slot. Was more than happy to talk with me about replacement type machines and offered at the end to look at any other appliances I may have been having problems with. Thank you All Tech for your help. I will definitely be recommending your company to my friends.

This was a great experience all around; the scheduler was very helpful and able to setup up the service call for the same day. Ravi the technician was knowledgeable and identified the problem quickly which was a bad relay. My refrigerator is now working again with no issues.

Everything about this process exceeded my expectations. I was able to schedule an appointment online, which I loved. I received a confirmation email the next morning. Being a little leery, I called the office to be sure. The receptionist was kind, courteous, professional. She had the appointment on the books and answered all my questions even before I asked them. The day of the appointment, I got a call early. They had an earlier opening if I wanted it. Yes!! Ravi, the technician, showed up 15 minutes later. He patiently listened as I explained the problem and our history with the problem. We had a Fisher Paykel refrigerator that was icing up and not cooling in the fridge. It was a repeat problem. He cut to the chase and called Fisher Paykel to assist in his diagnosis since we'd had so much trouble with previous repair technicians (from other companies) not resolving the problem. Together they discover the defrost heater needed to be replaced. The part would take two weeks to get and it was costly. He offered us several different options that I found helpful. He cleaned out the ice so the fridge would work temporarily while we made our decision. He gave us his personal number to call back for when we did make our decision about which way we wanted to go with the repair. He promised to send a receipt for the diagnostic charge (which he did). I was very pleased with how honest, friendly and professional Ravi was! I will definitely use this company again!
