Description of Work: They diagnosed the problem with my refrigerator, and though they did not do any actual repairs, I was left with a lot of very useful information. I would definitely bring them back for any major appliance issues.

Description of Work: They repaired our stove with european burners & oven problems. It was a multiple problem issue & took months to complete what with sending control boards away to be repaired. They were patient & persevered until all worked like new. Would highly recommend them.

Description of Work: He came and clean my refrigerator inside and out. I had to removed all the foods and magnets out/off the refrigerator so he can washed and cleaned. He also checked the drain, as I mentioned to him sometimes felt wet after I closed the door. He did that and conclusion was clogged. He did a wonderful job for me. Definitely will ask this company again. This was my first time for the service.

Description of Work: All Tech Appliance came out on 8/27/14 to service "a noise" in the washing machine. The technician, Jared, went through everything and could not find anything wrong with the washer. He explained that High Efficiency washers were much louder than the others. I think because he was charging me the service fee of $79 ($89 less $10 for Angie's list subscribers)and hadn't repaired anything, he went around the house and gave me useful tips on all my appliances. On 9/19/14 I had Jared return for a completely different noise in the washer and he found my clutch needed to be replaced. He said that since he had been out in the previous month, he was not going to charge me the service call fee which I really appreciated. He also went and picked up the part and came back that same day to get me back in service. I would definitely call All Tech Appliance Service if I encountered another problem. If you think the cost of the service for the clutch repair is high, the washer is a Maytag!!!

It continued to not cool things down so the technician came at the end of the day and switched out another part. The frig works well now and I am very happy with the professionalism and service All Tech provided!

Description of Work: Out of no where, our front loading washer starting leaking. After researching on Angie's List, I called this Company. From the first to the last call, they were amazing. The woman I scheduled with really understood how hard it was not having a washer with kids at home. They were able to get me in the next day. They called before they came as promised and showed up right on time. The young man that came out was great. He knew right away what the problem and even took the time to clean out the washer. He also gave us several pointers on maintenance and even draining our water heater! He never made me feel rushed. I had decided to order the part that was needed. Although I called the next day to cancel because my washer no longer leaked. It may have just been clogged. They never gave me any hassle on having to cancel it. If I ever need appliance services again, I will call them. They are close, convenient, punctual and affordable. Everything I look for in a company. The magnet business card was a great touch. We all know how easy it is to lose a little card. This way it goes right on the fridge.
