Description of Work: Our washer was leaving the clothes wet. The repair guy came and found the cause which was the lock mechanism was messed up which ended up frying the computer board. We found the cost to repair was above the value of our machine so we elected to get a new washer. We paid for the diagnostic. The guy was very knowledgeable.

Description of Work: While he couldn't work a miracle on my 11 year old washer, which is time to replace. He did show me a work around to keep it functioning. I appreciated that.

I had provided the model number to my washing machine prior to the call to ensure the proper parts were available (I suspected the belt), but the belt was not brought to the call and we had to reschedule the fix for another day. Other than that, service was great.

Description of Work: Great service! I needed someone to look at a gas burner on my stove. They were able to schedule it quickly. The technician (Jared) was friendly, knowledgeable, and provided answers to my questions. Would definitely hire again.

Description of Work: They correctly diagnosed a problem with my washer (tub not draining, and water spinning out the top of the drum) that others had missed. Ordered required parts and installed them two days later. Now the washer works perfectly. I couldn't have asked for a nicer, more competent serviceman, who was also willing to share with me what he was doing and why.

Description of Work: Had to replace the drain pump in my washer.. The woman I spoke with on the phone to schedule the appointment was very nice and helpful. Ravi the technician was prompt and professional.
