Was very pleased with All-Tech. Entire experience from my first call to the tech visit was a pleasure. On time. Prompt. Courteous. Reasonable charges. Jerod got my microwave working again — took two trips because a part had to be ordered. But the price was good & jerod was very fast, competent & personable. He showed us the bad part and explained what had gone wrong. He also shared (when asked) his recommendations on best brands for different appliances & why. Very useful info from someone who clearly knows what he’s talking about. No hestitation at all recommending them to anyone.

Ravi was so great! He not only fixed my freezer/fridge problem but he saw that I was having issues with my oven and he recommended a part and told me where to order it, and it now up and working too. He was also very knowledgable about the fridge and was up front about how he could help us. He was so honest and helpful, and we would recommend him highly to anyone.

Check washer to see if it was spinning clothes correctly and resetting the temperature in my two electric ovens. The Tech was thorough and very helpful. Even came up with a creative solution to spin cycle squeaking! Thanks for the advice and help.

Excellent service. While Ravi came to fix the washer, he also checked out the old dryer (saving an additional service call). He not only fixed the immediate problem with the washer but replaced worn components on the washer and dryer. Pleasant, professional, on time, efficient. I'm very pleased.

Good. It took a few visits to get it done. It’s a very old washer and the technician tried a few different things and had to wait for parts to be delivered between visits. But he was able to come quickly when my washing machine started making horrible noises and spewing smoke and everyone at the company was nice to deal with.

The pleasant woman I spoke with, having the error code from my machine that I provided, told me that she did not recommend doing the repair as it was too expensive (>$600) to do on a 13 year old machine. She was very helpful when I asked for advice on what she recommended we shop for in a replacement (Speed Queen). In all, she impressed me as being honest and trustworthy.

The tech was great. He is very professional and evaluated the issue in a timely manner. It was determined that a line in the refrigerator was clogged causing water to enter the refrigerator area. He quickly gave us our options and had all of the parts to do the repair in such a way that the issue would not happen again.

The repair person was right on time. A part had to be ordered and he returned the next day to finish the job. He was polite and I was comfortable having him in my home. Also the person I spoke to on the phone to schedule the appointment was professional and informative.

Perfect! Repairman was great! He showed me the problem and explained everything as he went along in the repair. He was so good, I plan on using this company for any other appliance repairs needed.

Jared came to repair our oven that wasn’t heating properly. Turns out it was 30 degrees off. Jared fixed the problem in no time. He is pleasant, professional and very knowledgeable. I won’t call anyone else for appliance repair. Shout out to Angela who is also awesome. It’s like having a friend who is really good at repairing appliances and you trust their opinion because you know they won’t steer you wrong.

Turned out the motor was shot and would have to be replaced. We decided to purchase a new one. The tech (I believe his name was Jared) was outstanding. so professional . He answered some other questions I had about our washer and was very helpful. I would definitely hire them again.

Dryer started making awful noise over Christmas weekend. Called All Tech early on 26th. The operator was very helpful explaining that it did not sound like a major fix. There was an opening that day between 1 and 3 pm. The tech, Jared, called 10 minutes before arrival. He was helpful, pleasant and efficient. Turns out a front roller was damaged. Jared had the part in his van, and the dryer was back working in short order. When finished Jared asked if we had any questions about any of our other appliances-as long as he was here. We did have some questions about our matching LG washer which he answered. He then recommended replacing the washer hoses due to age, and told us the type that they normally use. All-in-all a very helpful and knowledgeable technician. Jared was going to recommend a 'dryer vent' specialist, which he forgot to do.

My wall oven/microwave combo needed troubleshooting. When he arrived he flat out refused to look at it because I had already pulled it out from the wall. I asked him multiple times why that mattered and he was completely unable to provide an answer. He just kept repeating that he couldn't work on it since it was already pulled out. Then he left. Very unprofessional.

On Friday Dec 1, I called this business because of its very high Angie's List rating, and high number of reviews. My refrigerator and freezer had just the night before begun to not work well, and food was defrosting in the freezer! The soonest they could come was Dec 11. Really?! I am supposed to live with a refrigerator/freezer that isn't working for 11 days?! I found someone else from Angie's list who was able to squeeze me in later on that morning, in response to the urgency of my situation. So it is not impossible to provide good and prompt service -- just doesn't seem a priority for these folks.

I self diagnosed the problem and replaced the bake element myself. Wrong diagnosis!.. I called All Tech and they offered to come out the next day, which did not work for me. So we set up an appointment for the following morning. The lady who set up the appointment asked for a model number for the oven, which I provided. Jered arrived right on time and quickly diagnosed the problem as the control board. He had the part with him and other parts that may have failed, since he knew the model number in advance. The price of the total repair was quite reasonable including the part. Oh, did I mention that we're close to Thanksgiving? So it was really great that he had the part with him- no stress about having to order it and hope it got here in time to bake that Thanksgiving turkey and pies. Jared was very friendly and efficient, and had the repair completed in 45 minutes. I should have called All Tech from right away and saved myself the price of the bake element. Oh well, I have a spare now if it ever fails!

They are very honest. He has told me that repairing cost more than buying a new one (the same model).

It was fine. We liked them. The quality was fine. There was nothing wrong but we do not remember all the details. He did a good job.
