Description of Work: Repair of highly problematic high-end Fisher Paykel oven. Brian was outstanding ! Prompt, intelligent and creative in repairing the oven. Excellent communication during the one week process of hunting down a part. His office was very responsive to my particular situation hand picking the tech for my appliance and needs. Very Professional and Human. SERVICE and INTEGRITY , you'd think it was 1955. : )

Description of Work: a very nice young man came out and did a total going over of my laundry. He replaced the hoses and cleaned the washer. He practically took the dryer apart and made sure everything was as it should be.

Description of Work: I'm impressed. When my washing machine died I called them...they told me that they could come out for either a repair on my machine or just diagnostics, but that frankly my machine was surely on its last legs anyway (it's 20 years old) and that my money would be better spent for a new washer rather than repairing mine. I'm sure it was good advice, which I was grateful for; they had nothing to gain by it, but they saved me a lot of money trying to fix a machine that was already past its life expectancy. I'll go to them when I need a repair again.

Description of Work: I was not in the service range of this company, something i should have checked first! I called them and spoke with Angela. I told her the problem with my washing machine and she told me to turn the breaker off just in case it was something as simple as a reset. When that didn't work she gave me the price to send someone out as well as the Angie's List discount. When I told her the city I live in, they don't service that area. She then gave me her competitors information for me to call. She told me they were very good and did come out to my town. I called them, the gave me a good flat rate like Angela would have and made an appointment. She even told me which techs to ask for since they had worked for her and she knew they were good and fair. I was very impressed with her honesty and how she really tried to help me. If they came out to my area I would have been very happy to use them.

Description of Work: We have had our built in refrigerator repaired. We had a water line leak. Not a major problem but I am glad I am able to use my ice and water dispenser again. We are waiting for a part for our small wine refrigerator so we will have All Tech back very soon.

Description of Work: 8/17/2011 This morning we discovered our upright freezer had swallowed it tongue (died). It was full of food. As we did not know how soon it could be repaired or how expensive. First order of the day was run to Freddy and get dry ice as we did not know the time line for repair. Called All Tech Appliance and low and behold, they thought they would have a tech in the area. They took what data that we could provide on the unit as well as what related infomation that we knew. They telephoned back soon, as they said they would and said the tech would be over shortly. Good to their word the tech showed up in about 30 minutes and in less than 30 minutes later he was done and the freezer was running and cooling well. Mr. Tech said he just happened to have the part and that he had picked up two of them this morning, Bottom line: This outfit deserves a triple AAA rating for what they did for us as well as saving our packed freezer full of food. Cost was $190.00 for everything, parts and service call. Money very well spent. Thanks guys; and Angie's list too.

Description of Work: My refrigerator stopped making ice. Called All Tech and they were busy for that day but were able to arrive the following day. The tech showed up on time and within three min. was able to ascertain the problem. Removed the module that controls the ice machine and replaced it with a new one. I thought $99.00 for the part was expensive but what else is new. But I'm satisfied with All Tech and I will use them again.
