Description of Work: Rich and his crew do excellent work and are excellent to work with. We have a biweekly schedule for them. They show up punctually and do the work thoroughly and carefully. They have been responsive to our special requests, and they voluntarily take care of problems they spot. If Rich sees a major unmet need, he discusses it with us. |For the quality of service they provide, the fee is extremely reasonable.

+ -1 moreIt went well, a few days later he sent me a proposal via email. It was detailed to a fault. Kind of hard to understand. I asked him a question, via email, and never heard back. Rich has since contacted me since my review and said he thought he answered my question and apologized. All is well, really nice human and very professional.

Description of Work: I contacted Rich Inman, and he came to my home to give me an estimate for continued lawn care. He looked over my yard, and gave me an estimate for the initial cleanup, and also for the monthly continued care.

Description of Work: I asked them to clean up our yard (trim, mow, weed) to get it (and keep it) looking nice for our home that was on the market and vacant. They did it right away, did a nice job, and were reasonably priced. The amount listed above was over a couple of months as they just did general maintenance after the first "cleanup". Eventually the house sold so we didn't use them after that.

Description of Work: I have contracted with the owner to mow, edge and blow my lawn/yard bi-weekly. He came to do an estimate when he said he would (a Monday) and commenced work the same week (Wednesday). The yard looked beautiful. In addition, he has agreed to do some hedge trimming and some moss removal. I am sure that, considering how professionally he has handled the initial work, that the other work will be done well and in a timely manner.

+ -1 moreThe work was done in two installments. I thought it was done after the first day and was pleased with the work and ready to pay. Rich said that he wasn't done yet and would return to finish. I was amazed at his level of commitment to getting the job done.
Description of Work: I had been away for 6 weeks and the front and back yards were a mess. The grass in the back yard was dying off and thinning as well. Rich came in and cleaned everything up, cut back small trees, and fertilized the lawn.

+ -1 moreThe cost is the cost per month. The lawn looks great. Rich is very professional and does a wonderful job. We were new to the neighborhood and I noticed that some lawns looked so much better than any others around. I found out Rich was doing their lawns and had him do a quote for us. Being new homeowners with no lawn care experience, I appreciate coming home each week to see the lawn looking so good after their visit.
Description of Work: Rich and his crew maintain our lawn all year. They mow, take care of the leaves, fertilize, etc.

He had been recommended by Tru Green as we were considering going with Tru Green to do the fertilizing, etc. Rich was very pleasant and gave me a good assessment of what our current gardeners are doing (he honestly said they were doing a very good job). We chose not to hire Rich (and Tru Green) right now as we really wouldn't be saving any many in the long run, and I thought it would be unfair to our current gardeners to switch just before the winter season. We will definitely consider All Seasons Yard Care, Inc. in the spring.
Description of Work: We had Rich come out to give us a quote on mowing, edging and blowing our front and back yards. As we were talking he cut out some crabgrass.
