Description of Work: Richard and his crew did two jobs for me. First, they patched cracks in my foundation. Their $400 bid was the best I got, and Richard offered to include smoothing out a section of crumbling concrete wall inside my garage. Based on my satisfaction with this job, I asked Richard to build a low retaining wall to contain river rocks along the side of my house. He had excellent suggestions, installed a buried extension to my downspout, and put in a concrete pad for my garbage cans. He did a number of extras, including removing two small stumps, and did a good job putting in the weed cloth and rocks. Richard moved here last year from California, and has many years experience with concrete and masonry.
