Great work

Thank you home adviser for suggesting I get a estimate from this company. They don't give a huge presentation, however I didn't need that. Great team and very efficient. The windows were the same brand I had planned on ordering, but nearly l/2 the price of previous bids. I HIGHLY recommend this company, and again thanks Home Adviser.

The siding looked great! They have great customer service.

We are working to resolve some issues. I appreciate that the owner contacted me after I shared my concerns.

After removing the siding on my house it was discovered that half the house was rotted out and covered in mold. The crew working on my house worked above and beyond to correct these issues. I now have a beautiful home that I feel confident is in order. My crew was great! Friendly and picked up after themselves. Very conscientious - would not hesitate to recommend them.

The "crew" Consisted on 1 person. He did my whole house himself: it took about 10 days for project to be completed. The salesman said he would throw in some shutters to sweeten the deal. I have always wanted shutters on my house so this ideal pleased me, when they were supposed to install- they couldn't make it fit. I was very disappointed- and no other incentive was given. After I wrote this review one of the owners called me to apologize for the misunderstanding. I am pleased that someone took the time to not only read the reviews pertaining to their company but also to act on it. That's the kind of customer service that you don't see everyday! Thank you!

even though they say you can have a saturday appointment they really don't like to work on saturdays

We were really excited to start with this company. Unfortunately after we agreed to work with them their customer service was horrible. They were supposed to schedule someone to come out in the first week after we signed our contract. We didn’t get a call until over a week and then it was on a Friday evening asking if we would be home in 30-45 minutes because they were in the area. We were at dinner with family so that didn’t work. We then got a call on Monday in the evening asking if we would be home in 30 minutes. Again we had prior commitments and asked if we could schedule something more than half an hour in advance. Their response was no. The next day we called the company and explained our frustration. The woman was very short with us on the phone and told us she would handle it. We then got a call that someone would be over in two hours. Luckily I was working from home that day or else that wouldn’t have worked either. When the windows were finally ready to be installed we got a voicemail that the windows had arrived and they had already scheduled a day and time for them to be installed without talking to us. We had to call them back and move the installation date to one that would actually work for us. Overall the company presented very well at the beginning but were incredibly frustrating after we signed the contract. We would have canceled the contract if we could have. The finished product we don’t have any issues with but because of their customer service and communication I would not recommend this company for any window installations.
