About us

Serving the Portland-Metro Area for over 20 years. Owner Jeff Boak, and his 2-3 employees, clean over 90% of the accounts (highly experienced, and trusted, sub-contractors used during busy season) Licensed, bonded, and insured. Employees are covered by worker's compensation. Customers are protected by a bond and two million dollars of liability insurance. Phone estimates are free and on-site estimates are usually free. Payment is due at completion of work (unless other arrangements are made). Payment methods include cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, and AMEX.

Services we offer

Commercial and residential cleaning of windows, gutters, awnings, exterior siding (softwash), and roofs. Window cleaning: includes storm windows, 4-5 story buildings max height, and use water-fed pole system when appropirate. Awnings: Specialized equipment and detergents used Hot and cold pressure washing systems with attachments can clean most surfaces (e.g. driveways, parking lots, ect.) Roof cleaning: ample safety equipment and can solve most roof debris problems, also can treat moss.

Services we don't offer

We do not offer house or carpet cleaning services. We do not have a contractor's license and therefore do not repair roofs, gutters, or conduct other construction / repair services. We do not clean high-rise windows nor do we repel using ropes and a boatswain's chair.

Description of Work: Cleaned gutters and all the windows. Went well. They were on time and did a good job. Missed one of the small gutters but overall it was a good experience.

Jeff and his family have been cleaning my windows since 1998. I have never called another provider because they are the best as far as I am concerned. In my former townhouse they cleaned windows, screens, storm windows ..... inside and out ...... as well as the blinds ..... and all ot the areas too high for me to reach (26' at one point) I now live in a one story with six huge windows. They clean them monthly and the windows shine! After so many years of seeing Jeff (and now his kids as they are grown up and in the business) I feel that they are like family. Hope they NEVER stop! Cannot imagine anyone better.
Description of Work: Cleaned all of my windows and screens.
