I did not like them at all. They overcharge me. We had an argument.

Response to my initial query was quick. Kevin the owner came and right away was able to work with my budget and come up with solutions. I felt he was hearing my priorities and making sure the work would be done correctly. We were able to schedule the work right after the holidays, and a crew of 2 efficient workers showed for 2 1/2 days as promised. The workers were super tidy and while I was expecting walls to be opened up as we discussed, they managed to leave without any needs for patching or repairs, which was on its own an added bonus. The office is great to deal with and very responsive to call or emails. I am super pleased with the whole works and feel so relieved that my house is now up to electrical standards. Thank you!

I contacted All Pro Electric to obtain a bid on installing a NEMA 14-50 outlet w/ new circuit for EV charging. They offered to provide a quote through email with me sending a few images of the work area. The quote provided also included an optional whole home surge protector at a reasonable cost. I went ahead and proceeded to book an appointment to have the work done. Unfortunately, there was about a month wait. The day of the appointment, Kevin arrived on time and completed the job in about an hour. He showed me using a multi-meter that the outlet was working, and producing 240v. He also went over the surge protector and how to verify its operation. I was pleased with the work, and the price was reasonable. I'll certainly give them a call for any future electrical needs.

Great communication back and forth regarding details and requirements for appointment. We even were able to move the appointment up as our swim spa arrived early. When the two electricians came they were friendly and knowledgeable. I couldn’t even tell where they took apart my deck to put cable to the house. Box was put nicely on side of house and everything worked perfectly.

They did work for me when I first moved in and I asked about having the same electrician again. Rather than say we're booked out until whenever they just said they were not taking new business.

We loved our guy Dmitriy. He was great. Really knew what he was doing and got us back up and running. More than one GFCI had gotten tripped; both had to be replaced. We will be calling this company for our future electrical needs.

Really nicely! Scheduling with Lou was very easy, and the electrician carried out the work quickly, and so cleanly that I couldn't tell he'd been. (It was a vacant house with a pending offer that needed a couple of repair items taken care of.) It was only a small job this time, but the All Pro team were ever so professional. Sherri, the owner, is an absolute sweetheart, and really nice to chat with. She gives her company a real feeling of integrity, with a great amount of friendliness and caring. I shall definitely call All Pro for future electrical jobs.

The electrician arrived on time and went right to work. He worked through the circuit checking each fail point until the actual failing outlet was identified. He was patience and quiet as he worked. Once the failing outlet was known he quickly fix it and we had a fully working home.

All-Pro was great, they came out and did an estimate and discussed options and cost. He recommended an upgrade to our surge protector which we agreed with, The installer arrived on time and did a great job,

I was impressed with All Pro from the moment we scheduled them to come and bid the job. The scheduler worked hard to find times for the estimate and installation that fit our crazy busy family schedule. The estimator was meticulous and transferred accurately all the details of our broad scope job to the office. The office worked with me to revise the bid three times to reflect our changing details. They helped me order exactly the kitchen fixtures we needed. The electricians were personable, professional and efficient. The final work looks great and works with no problems. I will definitely hire them again for any electrical work we have in the future.

Although All Pro Electric showed up as scheduled and completed the repair work to my outdoor lighting satisfactorily, they overcharged for labor. Their employee took much longer than necessary due to admittedly being amped on coffee, unfocused on the job and excessively chatty. When I let the owner know about the overcharge, he refused to make any deduction from the bill, so unfortunately I cannot recommend them.

The last words uttered by the city inspector were, “He did a good job.” Our own observations are consistent with the inspector’s. The engineer arrived on time, worked non-stop all day, walked us through a demo of how to use everything. Probably the best contractor experience we’ve ever had. We had a basic idea of what we wanted to accomplish but our knowledge of current technology was a bit out-of-date. All-Pro explained various options, we picked a solution, and we’re quite happy with the result!

From the beginning, All Pro was very professional. I did a major interior remodel and needed an electrician as soon as possible and they were willing to get right to the work needed. They had to return to do some final work, and they came back right away. I would highly recommend All Pro, and would have them again.

I can't give enough praise for the electrician that did the work. He was punctual, respectful of our property, helpful and informative. He went above and beyond. He discovered a few light switches that were not working properly. He informed me that he had simply taken care of the issue. I love that kind of customer service. I have not been billed yet so I am not able to provide an approx. cost. However, Lou at All Pro let me know up front of their hourly rate. ($105.) Which was well worth it!

The wall heaters had to be ordered from Tennessee as the make and model were not available locally. When the heaters came in, I was contacted and technician came out and put them in promptly and was very courteous and the installation of the heaters was very professional. I plan to use All Pro Electric, Inc. for future electrical work. Thank you - to a job well done.

It was wonderful. The electricians were on time and ready to go to work. The job took all day and they worked diligently to get it all completed. They explained everything that was done and why the completed it the way they did. I will have them back to do more work at the house.
