+ -1 moreShe has managed since last August, failed to collect unpaid rent and rented to two bad tenants who violated rental agreements, trashed the yard, and attracted police attention more than once. She claims to be good at tenant selection. NOT!!!!!!
Description of Work: Real estate management of my duplex in Gresham. Fees paid monthly based on percentage of rents collected.
