Alex Greene Painting

Description of Work: We hired Alex to paint exterior, multi-levels of our house with some dangerous situations. The exterior was aging and also needed to be repaired due to damage done as a result of insulating. He carefully pressure washed, sanded and primed all surfaces as needed. He taped the areas where there were color changes and the result was excellent. We didn't really tell him what we wanted done other than to paint the high, scary places. He brought all his own equipment, came and went without us having to push or check. He kept an accurate record of when he worked. His fee came in a fraction higher than he had bid as a result of finding some more difficult areas than anticipated. Even at that, his fees are very reasonable. We liked his work so much we have had him come back and paint some of our ceilings. He's willing to do parts of or whole projects.
