+ 0 moreThe roof job was completed just prior to our very wet fall ('06). The roof worked well (didn't leak). The scupper and downspout had problems. Alan and his assistant made two trips to get it right. I was very impressed with service and recalls.
Description of Work: Re-roof flat roof and parapet wall with Gen flex membrane roofing product. Repair scupper and downspout as necessary. Found and repaired some dry-rot in parapet area.
