Description of Work: They installed carpet in one room and replaced an area of carpet that had nail polish spilled on it. There is no evidence of the patches existence. The next day they cleaned the carpet in the entire house. The carpet looks great. You would never know that there was 4 months of remodel in our home. We have used Alameda for several years and always have been happy with their work.

Description of Work: The team cleaned all the carpets, spotting, pretreating edges and spots leaving them cleaner than they have been in years. They removed soda stains from our teen's room that had been hidden under his bed for at least two years. I will have them back next time I need carpet services of any kind. Excellent work!

Description of Work: cleaned 3 small oriental carpets: 2.5'X 5", 4.5'X 6', 3.5'X5' cleaned a large chair cleaned a large window seat cushion: 2'X 4"X 9' cleaned two Morris chair removeable cushions : ea. 2.5'X 2.5' Scotch Guard applied to large chair came to house and did cleaning of all, but rugs returned 1 week later with cleaned rugs.

+ 0 moreThey got back to me a few days after I called, apologizing for not responding sooner. It was understandable because I called right before New Year's. The price for the big carpet seemed high but the whole was very reasonable after the 20% discount. The on-site work was done quickly and all the dirt came out of light-colored carpet/rug, even though it seemed to be stained. The big carpet had to be done off-site. It was returned sooner than promised. They took care about putting it in exactly the right place under a bed. One thing I really appreciated is that, after giving me estimated times of arrival, they kept me updated with exact times. Alameda was honest with me about what they could and could notdo. (My rugs were urine-stained.) Everyone I dealt with was professional and pleasant and seemed very willing to do a bit extra to please.
Description of Work: Cleaned runner on stairs and 5 x 7 rug. Removed and cleaned 81/2 by 11 oriental carpet.

+ -1 moreIt went as it always did: Extremely well. Instinctively I trusted Luke, who always performs our carpet cleaning along with a partner. It turned out that Luke is a years long friend of a family we know, which confirmed my impression of him. Often when he comes to clean the carept I tell him which areas I need cleaned and which areas I do not need cleaned. He often goes above and beyond moving furniture and cleaning more than I expected at no additional cost. They use the water extraction method. I have a stain master carpet which is guranteed against stains that cannot be removed. This warranty is good only if water extraction is the method used to clean the carpet.
Description of Work: They spot cleaned and then cleaned the whole carpet and put Scotch guard done.
