Air Pro Heating And Air Conditioning

Contacted air pro for installation of HVAC system in my home. Later found out they also do insulation for Home Depot and Lowe’s.

They were on time, very nice team Leroy and Cervando to work with. They moved my heat pump from the back of the house to the westside. Ground Pad was uneven and very noisy next to the patio. They moved, leveled, wiring checked and tested for both heating and cooling system. Cleaned up and added drop cloths to protect wood flooring on the inside to get to crawl space. Highly recommend.

We are very pleased with the work they did and the communication throughout the project. Air Pro gave us a good price compared to other bids for a tricky project that included placing the furnace sideways on a concrete shelf in our basement. Clark is a super nice guy and took care of any issues quickly and thoroughly. He seems to really care about his customers. We are very happy with our decision to go with Air Pro.

Clark heard my tenants had no heat and he jumped into action. We met at the house within 3 hours of my call yesterday and he worked up a bid for me with two options as well as assuring me he could get a new unit installed the very next day by re-prioritizing his workload. The bid was within the expected price range and approved. I appreciated that Clark chose an appropriate unit and installation method to ensure I didn’t pay for a larger fan motor than the size of the house needed. Next morning he got his techs on it at 8am and by 3:00pm there was a new unit blasting hot air. My tenants were happy with his team who came in and got the job done without impacting their normal routine. Clark kept in contact and updated me as necessary - I never had to wonder what was happening! An excellent experience.

Diagnosis and repair quick and successful.

What I like is that he didn't get me a furnace that was bigger than what I needed. They were recommended by a very close friend. There's a company that has its authorized installers and they really pay to be called an authorized installer, they're not certified and I know that. Clark is an independent professional. He's very knowledgeable. He gives fair information like I have a modest house, I don't need a big furnace. One of my neighbors has a modest house, and one of the authorized installers gave her a furnace that's so big that she doesn't use it because it vibrates the house. So, he's honest, he gives you a product that works for you. He doesn't give you more than what you need or less. He removes the whole boil room system. He was out of here like in two days he did all that and like his crew did some of it. He made all the arrangements and for the company and for the electricity and that type of thing and arranged for the permit.

I refer him to everybody that I know, who needs the service.

Clark came out in icy weather the day after furnace went out. He gave us options for repair of old furnace vs new furnace. Reviewed city code, duct work, and drain requirements for various options; installation and long term operational costs. Clark was objective, no pressure, sent written estimate on same day. Leroy and Anton installed new furnace as soon as they could come out due to icy roads. (Also, Mark is a veteran repair technician at Air Pro; our prior experience with him has been excellent.) Entire team is small but installation and support have been efficient and trustworthy over last 20 years.

I think it was very thorough. They called out the electrical company that had to do the portion of the air conditioner so they were very coordinated with their sub contractor. They communicated, they explained the quality and what they were installing and why. They explained everything to me cause I've never had an air conditioner before so, they were good about going underneath the house and doing whatever they needed to do there,

We scheduled Mark to come and check and tune up the heat pump as we always do once a year. He is very punctual and if needs to be late, always calls to let us know. He is very thorough and makes sure every part has been checked and dealt with. We rely on him to keep us warm in the winter and cool in the summer.

I was referred. Some friend gave me his name. He was excellent. He was excellent in showing me what was out there recommending an appropriate size furnace. Given my square footage, I didn't need one of the bigger ones but he still got me one with very high efficiency that qualified for energy credits and some rebates. He did the job very fast. He was very responsive in giving me a bid which is very reasonable. I got a complete furnace at a reasonable price. I didn't get more furnace than I needed like my neighbor across the street got a huge one that just blows the place apart from somebody else. He gave me the bid. He made the arrangements for Northwest Natural to come out. His people showed up. They took away this huge humongous old oil furnace burner and installed a new one. It took maybe 3 days at the most and it was excellent. He got me all the paperwork I needed for the energy stuff and everything that was done was great. He's just great. If this weather keeps up like this, I may have him do an air conditioning system in the fall. He's exceptional.

Mark came out about 3 times to identify the cause of an intermittent failure of my mother's furnace. At first the furnace didn't show the problem, then on his second visit he took the minimum cost approach by replacing he capacitor and oiling the blower motor which appeared to be sufficient, but when the problem continued, he finally replaced the full blower motor which solved the problem. He only charged us for one of the travel charges. I've worked with Mark over 15+ years on occasional furnace repairs and originally on a major system overhaul. I appreciate his honesty and efforts to seek the lowest cost approaches for repairs. He's also very effective at explaining the issue in layman's terms

They showed up on time to give us an estimate. When we made our decision to use them, they arrived as scheduled, did the installation, and were very neat about it. After the inspection, a representative came out and adjusted and explained the system to us. We were very pleased with the overall experience, and happy with our new heat pump.

They have been wonderful to deal with over the years. Mark Campbell is the person that comes out for maintenance and repairs. He shows up when he promises, does good work, and charges a fair price. I have highly recommended him and his firm to others, and in fact both of our children as well as several friends use this firm. It is so refreshing to have someone do the job that is promised, when it was promised, and to charge a fair price. By the way, a caution: there is another firm with a similar name located in Washington. They are in no way related.

I had used them before in my other house to do an installation. I've known them for at least ten years. I have a rapport with Mark. He had assisted me before with price. They are a great company. They are reliable and honest. They do what they say they are going to do. I’ve never had any issues with Air Pro. Their prices are excellent.

They were prompt. The person who came out was professional.

Mark from Air Pro came out to examine my old heat pump system which had basically stopped working. He ID ed the problem as a broken switch at the bottom of the heat pump unit, which would have been rather expensive to replace. We decided to replace the whole 30 year old unit. Clark then came out a few days later and examined everything and gave me an estimate for various replcement options. I chose one and then two men from their company came out and did the job (Sorry guys, I don't have you names in front of me.) They did the job in one day, including creating a new sturdy pad for the heat pump to sit on. A great job from start to finish! Very professional, helpful and informative! I never felt like I was being given the runaround. A reasonable price overeall--including folding in the price of the first visit into thte final charge. The new unit works great for heating. I have yet to use it for cooling. I'd recommend this company in a heart beat!

We did not select Clark's bid, because we received another personal recommendation from a friend, which saved us more money. However, comparing other estimates we received, Clark was very fair, and he seemed exceptionally professional. I feel I would recommend him to anyone. (Approx. cost $4,900.00.)

Clark came out to look at my office, measure the size to assess what I needed. Get me a bid within a few days. I waited several month until I was ready to do have the work done. I called and scheduled them to install it, and they were out and totally done within a week. I was very please, as it went just a planned. A year later the furnace went out, I called one cold January morning and Clark said he had the measurement and specifications from when they installed the A/C. He had a truck with a furnace on board at my office, and installed by 1:00 PM that same day. It doesn't get any better than that! Great job, and I will and have recommended you many times.

Mark gave me an estimate on replacing the motor with a Trane motor and an OEM equivalent. I went with the OEM model to save money. He showed up on time, answered my questions and did great work.

Great! We had a little trouble getting in touch with each other (lots of voice mails traded), but when a date was agreed on, he showed up on time, did quick work, explained what he did and explained the condition of my furnace to me. He said he would bill me when I offered to pay. When asked if I needed to call him again next year, he recommended waiting for a year since my furnace was so clean.

It was great! Mark was great. He initially came out to provide an estimate for furnace maintenance and small repairs that were identified in my home inspection. He was knowledgeable and friendly. I was so pleased to hear what he had to say, that overall the furnace was in good condition and had another 10 years of life. Totally different than the other heating guy who arrived just before him and told me I needed a new furnace. He charged me $65 dollars for that nonsense!! Tsk, Tsk. Mark gave me an estimate for a few small repairs including leveling the duct for more efficiency on the A/C and servicing the furnace. I called him back later after closing to do the repairs and he did them in less than an hour with a smile on his face. He took off his shoes so as not to soil carpets. He was friendly. He arrived on time and was efficient with his time. Furthermore, his bill ($277) was less than his estimate ($313). I love it when people under promise and over deliver!

Showed up on time for estimate. Polite, businesslike and informative. Did not send estimate until I called and reminded him one week later. No response to later request left with secretary for separate bid for furnace only.

They did an outstanding job and our heating system now provides heat and cooling to our bedroom addition that has not been right for the past 8 years. The cold air return reroute was also a great improvement because it allows us to remodel the garage space and not contend with a large duct tube that was hanging in the way. The Air Pro techs were amazing and very careful in their work and cleanup. Used tarps to cover all floors when there was dust or dirt being stirred up. They showed up on time and worked all day until the job was done. Can't say enough good words about this company.

Clark Louie gave me an estimate. He arrived on time and after looking at what I needed he explained my options and suggested for my size house I didn't need the more expensive 96% efficiency furnace and that if something goes wrong with that the parts are more expensive than the 93%. He also told me I needed to have a wood burning stove removed as it was not code. My chimney also needed a liner. He would also turn my furnace 180 to make it more accessible. I already knew these things needed to be done as I'd had several other estimates. At that point he wrote out a contract and said if I wanted to use his company to let him know and that it would take a day and a half at the most. When I called to have it done they were here on the first day I was open. I hadn't paid any down yet but they came , installed the furnace very efficiently and cleaned up perfectly. Even had to move a plant to put the air in. It was a very good experience and I've recommended them to others.
