+ -1 moreI did not have a horrible experience with them. It was just impossible to get a hold of them and schedule to have them come out. The guy was supposed to come out and he ended up sending somebody else out at a different company just because he could not get out soon enough. I intend to switch.
Description of Work: For heating and air conditioning, I have used Air Comfort Oregon. They had to install a bypass. They were the ones that put the heating and air conditioning, ducting, and everything in this house when it was built, but they did not put a bypass system in. I negotiated with them and they agreed to do it at a lower fee since it should have been done in the first place.
