+ 1 moreAs explained above- good work and quality. Need to get the work completed- I ordered a stainless steel chimney cap that has been ready to install and need to pay for- would like that work to be completed as well. The gutters in the front of the house are not hung correctly and water leaks from the corners and does not drain to the downspout. We need an adjustment on the gutters as well.
Description of Work: Affordable painting and construction painted our exterior of our house and installed a new composition roof. The exterior painting was done very well and the company installed new gutters with leaf protection. The roof was a difficult job and took an abnormal amount of time to complete- one of the days the roof was open into the attic and a rainstorm had water come into the attic and into the ceilings of the bathrooms and bedrooms. I paid for service master to dry out the walls and ceilings- Hobey said he would seal and paint the ceilings as well as paint the gutters. After a year of trying to get the work done- I am resolved to go to court and get this resolved. Cannot recommend the company at this time!
