Mandatory dryer vent cleaning was scheduled through our HOA. Aeroflux arrived precisely on time as scheduled. Technician was professional, pleasant, and thorough. He changed out my box-style dryer vent for direct hose linkage at no extra charge. No muss, no fuss. This was Aeroflux's second visit and they are definitely a five star service company. Highly recommended! Very reasonable rates.

Eeric called back the same day I called him and made an appointment for a couple of days afterwards. He was here on time and did a great job cleaning up the accumulated lint. t was so glad that I called him because of the huge amount of lint he removed. Did a great job and would recommend him to any of Angie's list subscribers.

What I thought was amazing was that he was fair on his pricing and he was so casual. He came when he said he would, I didn't have to wait, he was flexible, and he was in and out. He was a nice person and I would recommend him to anybody.

Our smoke alarms had gone off and we traced the problem to the clothes dryer. We found that prior owners had installed a very long dryer vent duct with several bends. That ducting had become very clogged and led to internal clogging in our dryer as well. We checked Angie's List and settled upon Aeroflux, whom we called on Monday morning. Eric, the owner, answered the phone and made an appointment with us for 3:00pm the next afternoon, advising that he might be able to arrive a bit earlier. He actually arrived 30 minutes early and wasted no time. He inspected the dryer and found severe lint impaction inside. He also checked the ducting and found very low airflow. There were no plans for the ducting so Eric traced it through crawlspaces, separated the ducting in several places and set up his brush and vacuum. It took him about two and a half hours to clean the ducting run then he went to work on the dryer, which took about 20 minutes. Despite the difficulty and length of the job, Eric stuck with his initial rate of $75.00 for the job. Eric worked continuously and cleanly. He took care to minimize spillage of the lint and carefully cleaned up after himself. Eric's work was meticulous and effective: everything is clean and perfectly reassembled. (We are amazed at the improvement in the dryer's performance.) He, himself, is polite and well-spoken. He was considerate of our visiting toddler and all of our pets. We have already engaged him for some unrelated vent work to be performed next week. We will be regular, recurring customers of his.

I called on Monday, after a furnace service and cleaning revealed extensive clogging in my furnace engine and filters (after having been changed the filters only a month previously). The owner made the appointment for Thursday, arrived on time, vacuumed out 11 air ducts and one air return, cleaned dryer vent.cleaned vent covers, made recommendations for additional filters below covers and gave me a 10% discount. He was punctual and professional, and a LOT more affordable than other vendors. I couldn't be happier at having saved $229!!! (I live on a widow's pension and choked at $400 price tag from other vendors.) I highly recommend him. The amount of debris removed from the vents was massive due to construction at the house recently and 2 years ago. Lesson to other homeowners: anytime you have major remodeling and construction going on in your house, you are likely to need to follow up with duct cleaning. I am lucky I didn't ruin my furnace (as I didn't change filters for 2 years after I moved in)

He vacuumed and used a brush to clean floor vents, sprayed with sanitizer, cleaned furnace motor, reattached dryer flap, He also replaced our exchange pipe and this was the one thing that was not done right. It was too short and he had to pull it and stretch it to make it reach. He also used duct tape instead of HVAC tape. The tape became loose and air was leaking out and the cold air exchange in ceiling of family room makes a flapping noise because duct tape did not stick. However he did a great job with the vents.

After having declined service with a disreputable company, we went with Aeroflux. Service was done as estimated and done professionally. He included the dryer vent cleaning and advised me to replace the plastic ducting on the dryer to metal flex material, for fire hazard reasons. Job well done and a conscientious fellow.

Called and left message to call back. Got call back in about 5 minutes. Made appointment to have work done in a few days. Eric showed up exactly when he said he would and did a great and proffesional job. After cleaning out dryer vent, he cleaned the floor under where the dryer had sat for years. When I mentioned that he really didn't need to do that since the dryer would be moved back over that space anyway, he said he liked to leave the area cleaner than he found it. Impressive.

I called around to a few places in need of a dryer vent cleaning before the end of the year. Prices were all over the place and a lot higher than I've paid in the past or the dryer could only be serviced at certain times that didn't gel with my work schedule. When I called Eric, he told me that he was able to come out the next day and could come out at a time that worked for me. He looked at his schedule and figured he could come by at 6:30 and let me know the cost for the service I needed. Just from the phone conversation, I had a good feeling. He was actually early, which was fine. He didn't seem to mind my 2 little Chihuahuas jumping on him right away. He went right to work. I heard nothing but him working on the dryer the entire time - another change from the cell phone chit chat I've heard in the past. In about 25-30 minutes, he ran the dryer twice to check on things and came downstairs. He asked if I could come up and verify that he had placed the dryer back where it was supposed to be, which was nice (as I had pulled it out before he arrived, so he wasn't sure it was lined up right). It was the least stressful dryer vent cleaning experience I've had and I'll gladly call Eric up to service the dryer next year.

I would agree with what others are saying on this list. He was conscientious and professional, and did a great job as far as I can tell. Seems very honest.

The job went very well. He arrived on time and spent over 2 1/2 hours on the job. He was very polite and neat. There was no mess at all. He were very pleased with his services and would highly recommend him to anyone. He took extra time and sanitized all of our vents.

Eric responded very quickly to my initial phone inquiry and was able to schedule my job within 2 days. On the day of the job I received a phone call about 10 minutes before Eric's scheduled arrival time to let me know he was running a few minutes late. Once he arrived, Eric went to work quickly and had the vent cleaned out within 30 minutes or so. He was well-prepared, polite, friendly and responded clearly and thoroughly to my questions about the condition of the vent, amount of lint he found, etc. once he finished and presented me the bill.

He arrived at my home at the exact time that we had scheduled, which I love. He must have noticed that we don't wear shoes in our home because he took off his shoes when he came in and had them off the entire time that he was here working. I didn't expect him to do that, but I thought it was very thoughtful. I showed him around and he got right to work. I had to leave for a couple of hours and felt that I could trust him alone in our home. It appeared that he did a wonderful and thorough job. He checked and cleaned out the furnace and noticed that my husband had just changed the screens/filters in it. He commented that they looked new and did not need to be replaced and commended my husband for choosing to put in high quality ones. He checked the dryer, but said that it did not need to be cleaned because the pipe was very short, it goes directly to the outside. I appreciated his honesty and not charging me for things that didn't need to be done. He showed me all of the drywall and said that it does not appear that the air ducts had been cleaned since the house was built in 1990. Everyone in my house has terrible allergies, so I think that we will be much happier now that we are not breathing in a bunch of drywall! Eric was very nice and professional. He does all of the work himself, so you know what (or who) you are getting from start to finish. I would highly recommend him!

Eric was very responsive and professional. We called Eric because our dryer didn't seem to be working well and our air ducts were also due for a cleaning. And boy were we happy that we called him! It turns out our dryer was not working well because the contractors who installed our vinyl siding installed the siding over the existing vent! (Should have checked Angie's List first.) Therefore, our dryer was not venting to the outside, which was a major fire hazard. Eric alerted us to this serious issue immediately. He took apart the pipe in four sections and cleaned it, and created an exterior hole so the dryer will vent properly, all at no extra cost. In addition, Eric left us detailed written instructions on how to install a new dryer vent flap. I am so glad we found Eric and called him when we did! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

He spent an extra two hours and didn't charge me extra and the service was great.

Great Company!!! Eric returned my call promptly and came out the same day to do the work. My dryer vent hasn't been cleaned in I don't know how long. Now my dryer is running more efficiently. I will definitely hire him again!

Eric was on time, professional, personable, and performed QUALITY work. I used a well known yellow page company in the past and Eric's work was far superior and $200 less! He cleaned out my dryer duct, which I had no idea was plugged, and my dryer is working like new! I highly recommend this company. You'll be a happy customer!

We were converting from an oil to gas heat furnace, and wanted to get the ducts cleaned before the conversion happened. After calling several places, we found Aeroflux, and the timing fit in. Turns out it was the right choice as well. Eric was prompt, respectful, and friendly. He took his time to explain the entire process, and made sure that everything was thoroughly cleaned. He even volunteered to come back after the new furnace was put in, just in case anything came lose in the old furnace. Our air flow is much stronger now so things are running much more efficiently. I'd recommend this guy to anyone.

Super guy; really nice, professional and on time! He did a great job and explained a lot of little things that I can do for my filters and furnace. He even sprays an organic spray into vents and it smells fabulous. I will use this guy as long as he is in business!

He was on time, courteous, and did the job extremely thoroughly, even though it was a more difficult one than I'm sure he had signed up for. The result was that I can now dry my clothes in one cycle instead of three, obviously way overdue to have this work done. And I will call him every year to come back and clean the vent before it gets this bad, only wish I had done this before now.

They were very prompt in responding to our call. I couldn't believe that he would call back on a Saturday evening to set up an appt. He arrived on time and was professional and courteous. He certainly knew his stuff! We had a large house, and he was the most reasonably priced company we worked with. We would definitely use Eric again and not use another company.
