+ -1 moreWe were fortunate to have the president of the company, Bill Severson, come to our house. He brought the appropriate belt to change and dismantled the treadmill to make some adjustments. Adjustments were all that was needed and he didn't need to replace any parts. I admire the honesty and quality of service. I am sure that not everyone gets the president of the company to make service calls but my guess is the rest of his staff will be as professional and dedicated as he is.
Description of Work: We had a squeaking noise in our treadmill at all speeds. We had purchased this renovated treadmill from AER Fitness at a very competitive price and was very pleased with its features and performance. The squeak developed after almost two years of use.
