+ 0 moreWe were satisfied, although there were some glitches. There was one person on the job who was not doing the work, but once they found out they let him go much to my satisfaction. I was happy with the work they did.
Description of Work: They installed ten windows and sided the house.

+ -1 moreI'm a former construction manager, and although I could have done the job myself, I have 8 other projects going on to dedicate time to siding. For the price, the work was decent, however, I was forced to manage the contractor every step of the way. Windows would not have been installed properly if I had not given instruction on proper flashing/leveling/shimming techniques. Messy job site (nails, paint chips, etc...no tarps). Instructions communicated to contractor were forgotten and not acted upon, even when I generated a punch list. Had to constantly watch to make sure everything was installed properly and not half-a*sed. If you have the time to manage the project, the price is right. Otherwise, I'd look elsewhere.
Description of Work: Tearoff of vinyl siding, removal of windows, installation of fiber-cement siding, new windows and trim.
