We were our own general contractor and we found Rob by asking framers who they wanted to follow. He was named several times. Our home is bent ~30 degrees in the middle, has a dodecagon shaped great room, a 2 car shop area and a 2 car garage. We tried to lay out the house with all its bends and angles and ended up off 2.5 feet in the final cornor. Rob did it and was off 5/8's of an inch and actually spent time trying to find it until we all decided to go with his layout. We negotiated with concrete people and paid them directly which worked well for us. Rob took care of the delivery details. Rob worked well with our framer. We are very pleased with the result especially with the front porch.

I was pleased with the job that Rob and his crew did on our project. He was onsite with his crew everyday monitoring progress. He was helpful in many ways to me as I was acting as my own general contractor, and he helped me with information and advice I really would not have known given my lack of experience. The other thing that really set him apart from other concrete contractors I contacted was that he set up the concrete purchase, and then let me pay for it directly - keeping my cost down. He also arranged a concrete pump for a very reasonable rate.
