+ -1 moreHad never been in this Ace Hardware before and was AMAZED at what they carried and how helpful they were when answering questions about a project I was doing. Not only do they have the typical hardware stuff and very knowledgeable employees but they have a huge assortment of interesting and fun home decorating and kitchen items. Adorable linens, great kitchen gadgets and cute accessories. Just wish they had a bigger birding section!!

+ -1 moreIt always goes well here. The help knows what they are doing, where items are located, and can answer questions. You could not pay me to go to Lowes or Home Depot after visiting this store. And check out the housewares section toward the front of the store. There is always very cool stuff there.

+ -1 moreI was shocked when I went in. The building is very large and they are also open on Sundays, which is very convenient. They not only have the regular "hardware store" items, but they also have very nice home furnishings for all of the family. They have a wide variety of high-quality materials and many different selections. I find myself going in there more and more, even though it is not in my neighborhood.
Description of Work: I bought some paint, a brush, two door mats, and a porcelain light switch plate cover.

+ -1 moreI went in expecting them to give me the name of a repairman, and they said that they would replace it. It was policy. They said that they had stopped using that company, but they found a different manufacturer that offered a different, little more expensive heater, same color, everything. I swear by them now, and I don't think I'd get the same kind of service at a big box store.
Description of Work: I bought a stand up patio heater and after 5-6 months it quit working.

All of the staff are kind and helpful, and have steered me clear of problems well ahead of finding them myself half way through a home project. I highly recommend them for just about any small- to mid-sized home project.
