+ -1 moreWe received his report the same night following the 1:30 PM inspection! His report was detailed and include pictures. We have documentation of all the issues and are currently negotiating with the seller. He has saved us a lot of surprises that could have made us very unhappy down the road.
Description of Work: Chris Perry came to our 'soon to be' new to us (built in 2000) condo home. He inspected all 1400 square feet and took the time to talk us through each and every step. He took pictures of all issues and met with our real estate agent to ensure that everyone understood the potential issues.

+ -1 moreCHRISTOPHER WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND THOROUGH WITH HIS INSPECTION. HE FOUND DRY ROT IN THE BATHROOM THAT WE WOULD NOT HAVE FOUND AND THE HOMEOWNER DID NOT EVEN KNOW WAS THERE. AS A RESULT OF HIS INSPECTION, WE ACTUALLY ENDED UP SAVING OVER $200 ABOVE THE COST OF THE INSPECTION BECAUSE THE HOMEOWNER FIXED THE DRY ROT BEFORE WE CLOSED.
Description of Work: CHRISTOPHER PERRY OF ACCURITE BUILDING INSPECTIONS, CAME TO OUR HOME BEFORE WE PURCHASED AND DID A THOROUGH INSPECTION OF THE PROPERTY.
