I asked for a quick and inexpensive clean to make our carpet presentable until new carpet is installed next month--and i needed it right away-- and they delivered just that. Called me back almost immediately, worked me in to their schedule quickly, good quality job, reasonable price, exactly what I asked for, nice to work with. Will call them again.

They have cleaned our carpets for several years. There is nothing to tell--they have a routine and complete the job in about 1-2 hours.

Total success. This is the second time I have used the company, and I will use them again. The living room and dining room carpets were seriously dirty, mainly from dirt tracked in from the garden (the dog and me) and a pet stain that the usual sprays would not remove. In addition, through various furniture moves and passage of time, several noticeable puckers had developed in the living room. The entire furniture moving/cleaning/stretching process took less than two hours and produced perfect results. Absolute offers great service at very modest cost. I got an appointment within ten days of my call, they called and showed up on time, and the owner and helper were very pleasant and professional to work with. One of the very best companies I have used through Angie's List.

I absolutely love them. They are completely responsible and very thorough. They will come back and do a touch up if need be on any stains on the carpets that do not come out. I would not ever change carpet cleaners. I adore them and I will use them again in the future.

Great! I've been using these guys every year since 1998 and it has always been the same 2 guys, Tom and Mike. In this age, it's refreshing that I can count on them doing the work....not a new crew each time. I wouldn't invite just anyone into my home year after year!

Our downstairs now doesn't smell. It took a day and a half to dry, but there isn't a lot of air flow down there. We used a couple fans to move it along. They got out a big stain from before we moved here. No idea what it was, but I couldn't get it out before this cleaning.

Tom and his partner arrived at the time they had specified and started right away. The carpet was very dirty with many stains left from where I had cleaned up with spot cleaners throughout the year. They steam cleaned the entire house and stairs in about 2 hours and the sofa took another 20+ minutes. They put Styrofoam squares under furniture legs, lamps or other items that would have stained the carpet if returned to their position on wet carpet. Their work is excellent and their attention to detail and customer satisfaction is something I wish I could find in many other specialties in house maintenance. I will have them back next year.

I have used Absolute Carpet Cleaning several times. They have always done a professional job. Tom or Mike will come to your home and give you a free estimate. When you set up an appointment with them, they show up when they say they will, they were considerate of my belongings and the work was done in a timely manner. I would not hesitate to recommend then.
