They were quick to respond. Ordered parts immediately after we discussed the details and pricing over the phone. They showed up a day or two later and got to work on my car which was just parked on the street outside my house. It took them less than an hour! I will definitely hire them immediately if I have any auto glass needs. They also showed me what areas would need paint touch up because of the tape I had used to put temporary plastic over the broken rear window.

They showed up at my place of work, right on time, were extremely courteous, neat and professional, did a great job. I would definitely call them again, and in fact will be doing so soon because, due to road work on the highway near our home, I already have more rock damage to my windshield. argh. But this company is great.

The gentleman who came was punctual (even called ahead of time to let us know he was on his way) professional, and did a great job. When we told him we are selling the car he mentioned that the work has a lifetime warranty, even with the new owner. He was quick, efficient, and extremely polite. I will definitely recommend him to anybody who needs a windshield replacement.

I sent two requests for a quote via the website and no one ever contacted me...at all. If they are not going to respond to the information submitted on the web site then they should take down the page on the site for requesting a quote! Very frustrating. After the second attempt and waiting for 2 weeks, I called someone else who responded and replaced my windshield the same day.

I called for an estimate for repairing the bottom channel of my SUV. He said he wasn't sure they could do the work but would ask his technician and get back to me in a few minutes. Never heard from him. I've arranged service somewhere else.

Answered the phone when I called. Asked all the appropriate questions to identify the correct model windshield such as electronic options in the rear view mirror. Set up an appointment the same week. Showed up precisely on time and completed the work in about an hour. Extremely courteous and efficient.

I had a side window bashed in by someone who did a smash and grab. Called the next morning. As is the case with other ratings for this company, ABS had the best price by far. He was out that afternoon. The part was after market, but that was fine with me. The work was done quickly and done pretty well. Having replaced windows a couple of times before, the job would have been done slightly better by one of the larger outfits, but for a much higher price. For what I needed, and because I was paying out of pocket, ABS was perfect for the job.

Unsure of date. I work grave and my car is parked outside. I was concerned the dings in glass would crack due to temps. I was told my BMW glass is soft and susceptible to cracks by the dealer. Gentleman came to my house (on time) and noticed another small chip. Fixed all within a couple of minutes. I admit I really wasn't sure it would work BUT it has made it so far. Going to snow tonight and I'm not worried. He was courteous and efficient. I will absolutely continue to refer people to this company.

He arrived at our house half an hour late but he called to indicate that he would be late. He would steady at completing the project. Completed the insurance forms and left.

They answered the phone immediately gave me a price and set up a time for install that afternoon. He called and asked if he could start an hour earlier. I agreed. He showed up. Without mush to say he started in and said it would take about 20 minutes. It did. Looks great. Nice job and all cleaned up. I'm very happy. I gave him a tip. Thanks

Based on Angie's list, and additional web searches, called ABS 1st, and got prompt response. Was told windshield was not in stock, but could get next day, and install @ our home. Given price estimate over phone for OEM quality. Wanted tint @ top, if available, and was told should be no problem. [Had gotten another quote, with tint as one option, at additional cost.] Showed up next day on time, with windshield, but without tint. Told not available. Although website stated various warranties and guarantees, no mention of them by installer - I had to ask. Other sites had mentioned potential issues with cure time, so I asked about how long to wait before using. Was told could drive right away, but would definitely be OK w/in 1 or 2 hours. Windshield was made in China, which probably explains 'good' price. Quality reports seem to be OK, but not 'OEM'. Also, installer used a basic adhesive/sealant, and double-check with specifications on manufacturer's website stated a 24/hour cure time - only premium product (not basic one used) was shorter cure time (approx 1-2 hour). Good thing I didn't drive right off, and instead waited for next day. When I presented Angie's coupon, installer stated didn't apply to my 'special' order. I wasn't going to quibble, given cheap price, but I wouldn't do business with again if they can't offer warranty and honor Angie's coupon. So ... confirm manufacturer of windshield, and warranty. Confirm availability of Angie's or other discount on phone, and what installed price will be. Insist on premium adhesive/sealant - it isn't that much more expensive, and comes with manufacturer warranty for short cure. And watch entire installation, including clean-up -- you don't want tape or other material interferring with seal. We've waited this long to post review to see how installation stood up to inclement weather - seems to be holding OK. You get what you pay for - cheap, with a few rough spots in service/quality.

While my husband was out of town at a conference, someone broke into his parked car and stole his briefcase. After calling a few companies, I determined that ABS had the lowest estimate and could get the replacement part the quickest. Their mobile service was also the most convenient. They arrived on time the morning after my husband arrived home and changed out the glass quickly. The problem was solved early Saturday morning and we were able to continue with our weekend plans.

His price was competitive, he was available the very next day, the service was performed quickly and seemed to be done well. My only concern was that he did not give me any written information about their guarantee. I asked about it and we looked at the back of the invoice; what was written there was mostly about their liability. He said the terms of their guarantee verbally but not in writing. He did not educate me about the different kinds of glass (OE or not OE) or talk about his guarantee on the phone, until I called back and asked him again later, after speaking with other places. I chose him because his price was lowest and he said he used OE glass.

He had the best price. He even came out the very next day, which was a Saturday. He was able to fit me in earlier than plan. That was another plus.

I wish everything in life went this smoothly, and seamlessly.

I called to ask when was the earliest appointment that I could make to get my front windshield replaced. He asked me what kind of car, make, and year where I lived and said he could be there in a few hours. He made it to my place within the time from of noon to 1pm. I was impressed with his promptness and he changed out my windshield.

The service rep. was on time. He got right down to business and it only took about a half an hour. However, he left a straight razor on the floor board of my car. In addition, there was a greasy film on the inside of the window that has been hard to remove.

Alex was prompt, businesslike and courteous. Knows exactly what to do, has all the equipment in their distinctive yellow van. Worked efficiently in our garage. Was tidy each step in the process, finished quickly. Really an impressive experience. We would call him again without hesitation, and highly recommend ABS.
