Description of Work: Came out for estimate. Followed up with email estimate to which I responded with question about rocks not included on estimate which we verbally discussed. Also in my reply I indicated that I wanted to schedule work as soon as possible and nobody ever called or emailed me for the job! Very disappointed.

Description of Work: Installed interior crawl space drain field that feeds into an exterior sump pump which they also installed. Also installed a vapor barrier when finished They were hard working, neat and respectful of property...cleaned up before leaving for the day and and end of job. We would have wished the owner/estimator had checked in with us a some point during the project to answer questions. Ultimately everything was done correctly, professionally, on schedule and on budget.

Description of Work: Installed a French drain system around a foundation to eliminate standing water in the crawl area. Work was completed as a condition of the sale of the house. Work was done on time, in a workmanlike manner and the landscaping and walkways were returned to prework condition.

Description of Work: Greg came out to give estemate. It tool him 2 weeks to get that back. I called the same day that I got the estemate to schedule the work. After 2 more weeks I called back to find out why they have not scheduled work, I got a runaround BS answer. Greg told me he would have his guy call that was a month ago. I called another company they had the job done three days after I called for less money. I would never call this guy.

 + -1 moreGreg came to our house to assess the drainage situation promptly. This was the week of 12/17. He said he would have an estimate to me by the following week. The estimate didn't arrive, I thought likely related to the holiday week. When it didn't arrive by the end of the next week, I called, left a message with my info and requesting a return call when I should expect the estimate. My call was not returned. I called again, left another message about a week later. This call was returned, indicating he'd work on it and get back to me. Nothing received. Another call, no return. Greg was knowledgeable when he assessed our situation and spoke with me about it, but the subsequent follow-up was unprofessional. Needless to say, they've lost our business.
Description of Work: Estimate requested, never received despite calls to the office, messages left, only one of which was returned.
