+ -1 moreIt was a nightmare. Not only did Aaron not do what I asked, but he ruined a $300 purse by dying it. I went to pick up the purse on the day promised, and he said it had not been completed. I came back two days later, and still it was not done. He quoted ''20 minutes''. I came back the *next* day and still it was not done (3rd time!) and again, ''20 minutes'' after which the purse was finally produced in its ruined state. Aaron smokes in his shop, and the entire place smells like an ashtray.
Description of Work: I took in a purse and requested that Aaron polish it, as it was getting worn in spots. Instead of polishing it, he dyed the entire purse, changing the feel of the leather from a soft supple leather to a stiff shiny leather.
