Ernesto did a great job with the service of our heat pump and gas furnace. He replaced the filter, checked all circuits and explained extra things I could do to increase the longevity of my system.

In 2020 had to revent a hot water heater due to a remodel. AAA said they could do this. However, after several days they could not. They sold me a new hot water heater that could be vented. The one they replaced was only a few years old and worked great. The one they sold me is meh, but ok for us as there only 2 of us in home. Friday it stopped working called AAA receptionist said she would have a tech call me that day. No call. Monday AM AAA phoned. Said earliest appt Thurs unless I wanted emergency service which would be extra. The heater is still under warranty but AAA does not cover manufacture warranties so I would have to pay entire cost. AAA warranty is 90 days from when they install. My bad for not looking at contract. BUT their bad for their horrible warranty policy. NEVER will I use or reccommend. Now I have no idea how many more days I will be without hot water AND have to find a repair company that handles manufacture warranties. I would give a ZERO if it was an option.

The service was efficient and they were able to find the problem and fixed it, there's no problem after the repairs.

Stephanie and Sean arrived on time. Were very professional and worked together very well. We have a large house with close to 25 air vents. They quickly covered these and set up their vacuum system. They then methodically went from vent to vent blowing out the built up dust and dog hair. Job well done

Andrew, the service technician, was fantastic. He was on time, explained what he was checking and why. He saw that the filter was really in bad shape and asked if the air ducts had been vacuumed because of the condition of the filter after only a year. We told him that they were but about 3 months after the installation. He installed a new filter and I will make an appointment to get the air ducts cleaned. He also spotted a small drip or leak and called John and asked about the leak and he was able to fix it in just a few minutes.

They did a great job and I would highly recommend them. I would hire them again.

Came home from vacation to a broken furnace. I knew the 21 year old Carrier was on borrowed time but bummer to have it go out in this December weather! AAA answered my call at 8am and said they would have someone over at 9:30. Ray Kauffman showed up on time and was very kind and professional. He took plenty of time to assess the total situation and answer all of my questions. I ended up getting a second bid that included some duct work that AAA no longer does so I went with the other company. Ray completely understood my decision and agreed that the duct work was a wise thing to have done. I would not hesitate to use AAA in the future and would tell anyone looking for heating/cooling to call Ray for a bid. Top Notch service and honesty and they offer an exceptional warranty on labor!

They are top-notch and I cannot recommend them highly enough. They are reasonably priced and do great work. The last a/c unit they installed had something wrong with the line at the end of the day, and they returned promptly the next morning and made sure it was up and running before our most recent heat wave. They give courtesy calls every fall and spring to remind you to schedule your maintenance appointments for your furnace and a/c units. The damper adjustment that they did made all the difference in the world to cooling our upstairs. I've had several companies out for bids for both the a/c and furnaces when we were looking to replace them, and have always chosen them for their honesty, diligence, and customer service.

All of our furnace services have been good.

When we bought the house in 2004, the previous owner of the house used them and we just continue to use them. They explain things real well.

A.C. service tech was able to get an estimator out the same day during a very busy period. Had a new A.C. unit two weeks later.

BEWARE! AAA HEATING AND COOLING USES A COMMON SCARE TACTIC TO SCAM PEOPLE INTO THINKING THEIR FURNACE IS DANGEROUS AND IN NEED OF EXPENSIVE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT. Please google “heat exchanger scam” and to read about how this scam works. We paid $240 for a heater and air conditioning tune up, and at the call were told we had a cracked heat exchanger that would require a costly repair or new furnace. If there had really been a crack, they would have been required to condemn the furnace, but they did not. They did however, turn the gas off so we could not use it (this is part of the scam). After reading online about common scams involving exchangers, I paid for a second opinion that revealed no crack, and were told that the tune up we paid for hadn’t been completed: the surface had been cleaned, but the underlying components that effect the efficiency and health of the unit had not been done. When I called the company to let them know, the dispatch manager stood by the technicians and used the same language as the technicians to try to scare me into thinking I had a dangerous unit when it was very clear I did not. I fully anticipate them to defend their actions in a response to this review. Please don’t fall for it.

Very well! Technician was prompt, thorough and efficient. He left the space better than he found it. He did have service recommendations and had evidence to back up his reasoning.

The folks from AAA Heating and Cooling were professional is all aspects of their services. They stand behind their work and make sure everything is done correctly. Chris was the lead HVAC technician for my installation and George was the manager . They are both meticulous, extremely knowledgable, and go the extra mile to ensure the best service. Chris made great recommendations to a challenging installation in order to accommodate a remodel blueprint. Highly recommend this company - they are fabulous!

AAA Heating and Cooling always provide exemplary service! I have used them for a over 10 years. I just bought a new house with a furnace and hot water heater that was 23 years old. I first had AAA come out and do a tune-up and inspection of the furnace. For a 23 year old furnace, it was still running pretty good. The technician told me that the blower motor was on its last leg; that would explain the really loud noise every time the furnace kicked on and tried to blow warm air. I had already contacted AAA for a quote on a central air conditioning unit. I called Andrea back and asked for a quote for adding a new hot water heater and furnace. She had a quote with multiple options for pricing and efficiencies of each unit. The multiple options helped me determine the best furnace, hot water heater and air conditioner for me. I went with the most energy efficient. Josh and Chris were the installers. They were great to work with on the install. They explained everything they were going to be doing. Clarified my expectations prior to committing to a change...just great guys! They finished everything up in two days. They job site was clean after each day.

We've had Devon now for several years doing the annual service for our heater. He's well knowledge and does great work!

Chris is best person on their team. I requested him to configure ducts and ensure thermostat in correct location. He did an awesome job. He is smart, precise and detailed oriented; he wanted to ensure that the job was completed with a focus on quality. Highly recommend. The company carries and installs best equipment in the industry.

I called AAA Heating and Cooling to troubleshoot our condisate line that keeps freezing. I was given a clear breakdown of their rates and I scheduled a service call. James arrived exactly when planned, and suggested rerouting the line to the utility sink in the laundry room. We have an old house with a terribly restricted and miserable crawl space, but he is very pleasant and took it all in stride. The tube is basically unnoticeable, the whole process took considerably less time than I expected, the charge was very reasonable, and there won't be any more wet carpet! Thank you AAA.
