When we bought our house, the front yard was very aesthetically unpleasing due to a huge ditch (maybe 80 ft wide and 20 ft deep, with a sharp slope on each side) being overrun with brambles, vine and overgrowth. We hired A1 to clear it out, and they worked very hard to do that quickly. It took a couple of days, with return visits to ensure the blackberry brambles would not return. It took several men full days to clear it, and the supervisor later told me there were snakes and other critters to contend with. They worked very hard, and made it look like a park. The neighbors were very relieved to have the mess gone. After that, I hired them to come do yard maintenance once per week, and have retained them for over a decade. At times they do extra tasks, like spreading bark dust, moving plants, trimming shrubs, leveling ground for a gravel pad, etc. Those cost extra but their pricing is fair and they work when they say they will. The only small issues we've had are that their billing practice is solely through snail mail, and checks are not deposited very fast. Also, it can be a bit difficult to reach them during the busy season to get bids on extra projects. Overall, I think these guys are great, reliable and reasonable. My neighbors have also hired them because they see the crew working so **** ** our property. The neighbors are also very happy with their work. I should have left a review long ago. They deserve it.
