The move never happened with the provider! Dan called me 15 minutes prior to the planned arrival time to tell me that they were going to be late. I asked how late and he said about an hour. I let him that would be OK, which it was. Two hour later, I called again and got Dan's voice mail. I asked for an updated ETA. I didn't get a call back. I called two more times to ask for ETA and finally that I could not do the move any more since it was 3 hours past their arrival time and I had other committments to attend to. I let him know on his voice mail that I would be willing to still use their services if they would consider fitting me in for a move during the week and would offer a discount. I never heard back. This is very unfortunate that this company would act so unprofessionally. I used them one other time in 2009 and it went smoothly then. I am in a real bind now because I needed to be out of my old house shortly and most moving companies are booked out a couple of weeks! I would never use this company again. A phone call to apologize would have been a respectful thing to do, but they didn't even do that. Don't be fooled by their discounted rates. The price does not matter if the movers don't show up and don't call you back.

They are hard working, careful, stay focused, and are a good value. You do have to rent your own truck.

I highly recommend this company to anyone and everyone. These guys did amazing work, we didn't have to lift one finger! You provide the truck and have your stuff packed ahead of time --- they move everything for you. It is the absolute best way to save money and get quality work.
