Description of Work: Freezer stoped cooling called to have freezer looked at, they arrived and were working on freezer in my garage before I even knew they were there. Were fairly close to there estimated arrival time, and got the freezer working but let use know that freezer may have to be replaced (after doing repairs). Repair person was friendly and knowlegable but I would have preferred getting a decent estimate before starting the work and replaceing components (starter relay). Would not recomend as cost of repairs exceeded value of freezer and repair person knew that. a $40 estimate fee would have been more appropriate and I would have just bought a new freezer. Update 8/1/12; Freezer failed, the $198 I spent to have the freezer reapaired was a waste, I replaced it with a new energy effecient model, wich is what I would have done origanally if I had been given the option I would recomend staying away from doing business with

Fridge wasn't staying cold. I had defrosted it to try and solve the problem but couldn't get it cooled off again. Called for refrigerator service. They came in about 45 minutes on the weekend. I was desperate because of a party we were having that weekend. As they were servicing the unit I noticed it was a dumb mistake on my part (temp button was turned up and I wasn't reading it right), but by then the guy had already pulled a bunch of panels and such so I knew I'd get charged. I think he checked the other appliances out of guilt, since I realized it was all the silly thermostat mistake. They were good and had all the tools. Clean, nice, explained a bunch of stuff to me about my various appliances. I'll call them for my next home-owner drama and try to give them some real work.
Description of Work: Technician removed panels to check for air flow, used sensors to make sure it was cooling. He also checked out my other appliances at no extra cost: home furnace, water heater, stove, garbage disposal.
